I been a resident here for 2yrs! with the new management its hard to contact them, it always goes too the call center, they don't have a direct line for immediate concerns, my lease ended november 2021 and they still charge me early termination fees, tried calling them many times straight to call center, tried emailing them no respond, they put in for collection its not even 6months with there notice, no final statement letter to just straight collection notice, they're worst then credit card collections! don't rent a place here might be cheap but they will dried you out like you grow money on

The previous 1 star reviews for this place could not be more accurate. This place is absolutely disgusting and the pictures they post do not correctly depict how this apartment complex looks. Fairways at Lowry is cockroach infested, smells of trash and cigarette smoke, and not well maintained. They have redone the parking lots and seems as though they are making the complex a gated community. Though, I do not see what good that will do considering they cannot maintain the sensor locks on the entrances to the buildings.

Fairways at lowry is a total catfishing scheme. DO NOT RENT HERE!! The units are filthy and look nothing like the pictures used to represent them. Management is unresponsive to requests for maintenance & repairs. The building entrances do not lock properly & many windows are cracked/broken/boarded up. It is not a safe place. Bedbugs, roaches & mice are abundant here. It’s disgusting… run for the hills!

I’d give this place zero stars if it was an option. Even after a very strongly worded phone call to the leasing office they STILL haven’t sent someone to fix a pretty serious problem i have even though they said they would. this is a week ongoing. the place has bug problems, trash problems, and the “locked” doors to get into the buildings are usually broken and don’t work. don’t rent here guys. there’s way better places that won’t take ur money and make u live in a dump.

I’ve been living here for 2 months & it’s no secret they have a massive ROACH problem. i’m talking in the apartments, in the hallways, on your way to the laundry room etc. basically get used to them. they’re working on making the outside pretty which doesn’t cover the fact that the apartments that you’re actually living in are POORLY taken care of. i think it would just be cheaper to burn the whole place down due to the bug infestation. my friend’s car was shot in the parking lot the first week of being here & i’m happy to say i will not be releasing. DON’T COME HERE!

Don’t waste your time, effort, or money on this apartment. I got bed bugs (never encountered them before moving here) and now the management company is ignoring my requests for help. Looking at the reviews on google confirmed that the whole place is infested. On top of the uninhabitable living situations, the secure doors are never “secure”, the buildings always smell like smoke and garbage, and the management company is remarkably unhelpful- terrible customer service. I really encourage people to look elsewhere. Fairways at Lowry is not the place to call home. Pictures on the website are

I had maintenance check my a/c a week ago and after reporting the issues were continuing, maintenance returned within less than 48 hours. They walked in, remembered my situation and promptly returned with a new a/c, installed within an hour or less. Thank you guys!! My place is nice and cold again!! Great job!!

The management is nice. However, there are roaches everywhere, my boyfriend got bedbugs which caused us to have to throw away his mattress and spend lots of money on trying to solve the problem, and there is no central heat and air so it was quite stuffy. So if you want to spend over a grand for new furniture and deal lots of bugs, this is the place for you.

Current management neglects old residents for prospective ones. Does not answer the phone, even on the first of the month. We once called 30 times in one day (on the 1st) across different times and never heard from anyone. Office opens and closes at random hours. Traps tenants with late fees by posting rent when it’s due and the website to pay doesn’t work. Will not address maintenance issues, even those marked urgent. Enters your unit without permission when you’re not there. Filthy, roaches, broken washing machines & gym equipment. Do not live here.
