Don't bother. They take advantage and never do what they say. It's amazing that these buildings are still standing.
It seemed nice, looked nice.
The very same week I moved in everything changed.
Problem after problem.
Don't expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner or explained to you.
Again...
You have to pay for a parking spot. It's an open lot!! Or they will tow your car.
Your rent is $100-200 over what they say. "Utilities included", yeah...you get a bill then, YOU include them.
Internet is trash..forces to get CenturyLink as they say they are "

-Management is terrible. Maintenance is short staffed. TWO ppl.
The "say" utilities included. Yeah... a bill you have to include.
They refuse to take your calls if you have concerns.
They refuse to take calls if there is an ongoing problem.
Such as bird nesting on the porch.. Water leaks.. noise disturbances.
Violence, smoke, safty.
You have to PAY TO PARK in our own lot....
-Internet.. forced to get what they are getting paid to push on the tenants.
C.A.M fee..$60 a month for them to do nothing.
Do not be fooled by this establishment.
It's going to Fail soon.

The maintenance team is excellent. Tom and Josh always arrive in a timely fashion , very professional and with a smile. The office staff was courteous and listen to you. Carmen is bringing back complex activities which is needed to help us feel like a community. Destiny always greets you with a smile and how can I help you.

The management and maintenance have always been great. My only complaint is that if you leave your building key in your apartment, you'll get locked out because the building doors automatically lock. There's no way to get in without a key and the only way to get in is to call a locksmith apparently.

When my husband and I (attempted) to move into our new apartment we were greeted with large cockroaches imbedded in the walls and carpets also the entire bathroom and kitchen, crawling everywhere! Sick...
We also came from another state so driving over 20 hours and coming to a cockroach infested "home" we had already paid for isn't acceptable. The same day they moved us into a different apartment. We had to change our mailing address again, all of my important mail was being sent to the other apartment we originally rented. I asked about my mail because processing with usps takes

Service was lacking throughout my two years there. Poor job with ice/snow removal, dog leash rule was not enforced, trash dumpsters overflowing weekly, security doors NEVER worked correctly, etc, etc. It took them over a year to finally get my A/C working which had resulted in very high utility bills. When I moved out, my deposit was inappropriately charged specifically relating to turnover costs after two years of residency. I phoned and emailed multiple times. The maintenance team is amazing and the new office management has been very kind and helpful with many different issues as we’ve came to them respectfully and with all our documentation in order having to do with our issues. The parking issue is disconnected and out of control as the patrol for ParkM and Wyatts for the towing have disconnected communication and don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. The management presented our case and evidence and was very helpful in getting our wrongful tow corrected and made sure we (HOPEFULLY) wouldn’t have this issue again, given the management

I contacted Westridge Apartments while searching for an apartment in the Denver area. A female property manager named Carmen Olson answered the office phone when I called. Carmen spoke with me on the phone and I found an apartment that I was looking to reserve before showing up at the property. Carmen let me know that I can apply and reserve that specific apartment by filling out some application forms and by sending a payment to reserve it. Pros: The actual living space is up to date and the buildings are nice. Location is generally safe and good if you like to have a well developed bike/walking path nearby. Office staff is polite.
Cons: Communication from rental management team is the worst I have ever experienced. 4 different apartments in my life and they seems by far the most green about issues I had. One time the mailboxes were broken into leaving multiple families boxes open to anyone to grab mail from. After a week of it not being patched I when to the management team and they gave me the "we are looking into it" answer. Emails

I would recommend people to not move into these apartments the two desk ladies are racist. One of them doesn't want to give me my parking sticker and then she called the towing company to tow my car and I went to the office and asked why she called the tow on me, she said you did not have your parking sticker so I had to pay $500. Then she called me a beaner. I have two kids who I have to take to school and I have a job I have to get to just to feed and care for my children.

Really disappointed with the new management that was just brought in a few months ago. The previous manager Jeff was amazing, he worked super hard to make every single person at this complex happy and to make this place a nice complex to live at. After he has left we have had several problems in our apartment, hot water not working, air conditioning not working / breaking and leaking water everywhere, washer breaking and leaking, nails sticking out of our carpet, an excess of bugs and spiders in the hallway... and almost every time we told the management about these problems they basically looked

We have lived at Westridge for two years and have been happy here. Cyndi and Liz are always pleasant and helpful when we go to the office. Maintenance issues have been address quickly. The grounds are well maintained. As long as you put the parking permit on your car and have you visitors park in the appropriate space or on the street you don't have an issue with being towed. Our neighbors are friendly and it has been enjoyable getting to know them.

With every apartment rental there's always going to be a complaint of some sort. As far as my one year with Westridge, I don't have many complaints. The leasing Office from day one and even to the day I left have always been helpful and friendly. Whenever I called for maintenance they would fix it that day. Cindi the leasing manager is amazing. She's ALWAYS working... I don't think she has any days off, I'm surprised she's so nice to everyone even though she practically lives on the property listening to everyone's complaints. I absolutely have nothing nice to say about this place. The very first day we were scheduled to move in they had no knowledge about our arrival. Our unit wasn't even ready! I basically had to demand that same day move in because I had taken off work. After that they put us into a unit that had magically opened up. They have no respect for their tenants and they have hidden charges that are not explained. When you ask about them they have no definite answer. They also charge you an arm and a leg for absolutely everything when moving out. They have cheap materials in their units and maintenance

Never come to live here! Save yourself a lot of pain. Don't be mislead by the fairly good reviews. The truth is the apartments are nice and clean but that is it. The management is awful! They are interested ONLY in making profits. You will end up paying, one way or another, for whatever expenses their empty units generate. There is 2 maintenance guys that are always busy. Nobody cleans inside the buildings regularly, trash stays in the same place for a month! They charge the residents for everything, the electricity, the heating and the cooling of all common areas and taxes for this and taxes

But the biggest would be that my vehicle has been vandalized and yesterday my fiancé's vehicle was stolen. They have 24 hour "security" so I am unsure as to how they did not see his vehicle being stolen? The office just told us the truth that the "24 hour" security person only drops by the property maybe 5 times a day. UNREAL. Don't live here..it should be called Westwitch apartments employees in office are rude and idiots this place is not very unsafe my car was stolen February 25 2015 from the apt parking lot I bought a new 2015 car and it was broken into May 1 and when I informed the office to let other residents know I was told it wasn't there responsibility to notify other residents. ...I'm paying 1700 a month I at least deserve to be treated with respect. ...if I could I would give it zero stars but maintenance here gets 5 stars Rodney is awesome and very nice...
