Dustin is a great maintenance professional and is quick to help with any situation. Jake at the front office is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend living here.

Unable to change email associated with this post, but nevertheless- absolutely a wonderful experience with the new management that has taken over Silverbrook, it certainly needed the change. Jake is thoughtful, calm and helpful at every chance he gets, I have yet to experience anything less than a wonderful time working with him on any situation. Thanks again for going out of your way to help me with my mail, genuinely appreciated!

The staff and maintenance team are awesome! They respond quickly, keep me updated, and get my issues addressed and fixed asap! The maintenance team is so awesome they've even gone above and beyond to help me with random stuff when they didn't have to.

Prompt response by the maintenance team. Geo arrived earlier than expected and was extremely helpful in answering all questions and fixing the issue right away. Really surprised at how the new management has turned this place around

I absolutely love my apartment...the apartment manager Jake..is a wonderful person..he answered every call.. every email.. didn't leave me wondering if I got approved or not..I love that he was about his business..an handled it very well..so thankful to have meet you..he made my experience moving awesome..loving silverbrooke..

I would like to express how grateful we’ve been to have such an awesome maintenance crew. Dustin and his assistant have always complied immediately. To start naming the problems we’ve encountered would take too long , the point I want to make is that he always responds and fixes whatever it was and I think they should be commended. Consider stop raising the rent on people who have been here long term, they have solidified that source of income for the facility by being here that long, cleanliness is another issue, the trash is out of control, people allowing their dogs to leave feces all over, the blinds were put into my apartment, and military style pin that was issued by my… sheriff department, disappeared from my apartment by one of the maintenance workers. This is no exaggeration or lie I know exactly where it was sitting and when I arrived home it was gone. Theft in that respect should never be tolerated, we trust

I just renewed my lease here at silverbrook with the manger Kaitlyn she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She displayed a great deal of professionalism and patience, I feel like the office staff/maintenance staff has improved so much since she has been here.

Silverbrook is a grate place to live!
Neighbors are nice and friendly. Apartments have a grate space, also very nice walking trails. Talk about the people in the office they are awesome always trying to make things better and help out, I want to thank Nelly for always being understanding and trying to do as much as she can! can’t thank the Maintenance guys enough they have made such a big difference here at silverbrook!! I just thinks it’s a grate place all the kids get along and play together everyone knows each other! Totally recommend the place!

With a new manager in place, this property has gone from good to great! Kaitlyn are her staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew are super knowledgeable and capable. the grounds are kept clean and the whole layout of the complex is just cool in general. would highly recommend.

Used to be good now there is trash everywhere. I stopped telling people to move here

My time here was short but I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean and I really liked how the landscaping team kept the common areas free of trash and dead leaves. Most apartment complexes that I lived in seemed to always have some kind of issue with the management team. Fortunately, the management team here was very friendly and accommodating. I understand that things didn’t always go right but they did their best to make it right. I wish I could of stayed longer but I was laid off and had to move back to Alabama.

I've lived at this apartment complex for 3 years and I will never live here again there is on going issues with appliances and parking I am currently looking at $260 tow bill because I backed into a parking spot.... I have up today tags registration insurance and parking pass and they still towed me.... I highly suggest to never live here or even contact this place.
