If you want your car hot wired and stolen, move here. They give you a code to a gate that hasn’t worked in years. They deserve 0 stars.

We lived here for about 8 years, we started a family here, we moved because we were able to get our first home. Management was awesome, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rachel, Milka, and Brenda. Maintenance was always nice and polite. We never have any issues with them at all.

Rachel was amazing and an ethical person, she was able to answer all my questions about all things she is very professional and kind thinking about when I need some issues of maintenance she has been responding immediately. I think some of the employees who are working in the leasing office also look nice and would be nicer as the manager (Rachel's).

Apartment was dirty moving in day 1. Grease on oven , bathtub was not clean had brown stuff come off, bathroom sink had rusty orange stuff on the drain opening, floors were not cleaned, windows were not cleaned, vents are dusty, kitchen cabinets had old gunk on the sides , blinds have weird brown stuff on it , and lil black bug in the kitchen just out in the open, and overall did not look like the “show” apartment they had us tour in . We spent probably $100 on cleaning supplies and 3 days of our time cleaning and making this apartment the way it should’ve been in the first place.

This place used to be horrible! We were about leave before they fired the former manager. Ever since Rachael and Milka become managers, it has gotten a lot better. I am happy with the way everything is conducted now. Everyone is polite and respectful and very attentive to the tenants needs other than this new little b with a nasty attitude. She is always angry and very disrespectful. So, I tried to avoid her as much as possible.

Leasing office is unprofessional, if you're not friends with them they'll treat awfully. Our new neighbors were out drunk throwing food and drinks at our door, they did nothing. they have cameras for our mailboxes but refuse to look into who broke into our mailbox.

I have been living here going on 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier, maintenance is on top of things, I’ve never had to wait longer than 2 days to get my issues resolved, which haven’t been major issues. The place is quiet, there’s always parking, we have a good amount of visitor parking space, and I always feel safe. I’ve left my car unlocked by accident many times overnight because I’m very distracted and I’ve never had anything missing. The community is always clean, during winter and summer. The times I’ve had to call the office, they are highly responsive, I have no complaints

I’ve lived at Elk Ridge for 5 years. The premises are always clean, safe and issues are quickly resolved. The staff is amazing! Let’s be real, if you lie, cause problems, or are disrespectful it’s not a good fit. In order to maintain a positive, environment there are rules. These rules include using your parking pass, limited visitor parking, picking up after your animals, putting in maintenance requests, and no noise pollution. The staff lives here, they know what’s going on. This works for you if your following the rules and against you if you’re not. I’ve never been on the bad side
