Towed my car even though I pay for parking, they said I had to pay for getting my car back because it was missing one of the stickers and so it is my responsibility , they didn’t bother to run the plate numbers even though they had the car make, model and plate number registered with them. They didn’t even bother to send an email about the car being towed,I had a panic attack thinking my car was stolen, very terrible experience, my lease ends soon and can’t wait to move out.

There are so many other apartments other than this one, close to the hospitals & school, that will take care of you better than this place is capable of. If you are a student, a parent, or someone that works in healthcare, please know there are much better options to look into for living than 21 Fitzsimons. Do not let the pictures fool you. This place has been a nightmare since we started to live here. They were going through growing pains from the addition they were adding to when we first move in. We started working with Brian (General Manager), which worked out well form the start. When Beth

This apartment is in an excellent spot, especially if you're planning on working/going to school at Anschutz medical campus or any of the other surrounding facilities. There are also excellent amenities in the complex; restaurants and a brewery, an outdoor amphitheater with weakly events, and a small CVS pharmacy. The apartments themselves are nice enough, nothing too special about them though.
The only thing I have to complain about is that, as it is run and owned by a corperation you will have to pay for anything that isn't included in rent like the package room, bike storage, extra general

I have lived at 21 Fitzsimons for a month now and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am a student at CU Anschutz and the location of 21 Fitzsimons is incredible. The staff is extremely kind & responsive and I always feel like my concerns/comments are heard by them. The amenities are awesome and everything is very clean and well-maintained. I feel very safe living here and I'm excited to keep living here while I finish my program.

A relatively nice place to live and very close to campus! I live in a single bedroom apartment and it fits my needs perfectly. The kitchen and closet have tons of space! I chose to live here for the convenience of not having to drive to campus and so far I have no complaints. I was caught off guard by some of the small charges for different things but those come with the territory of an apartment. The staff is very friendly and tries to make sure that maintenance and resigning your lease goes smoothly. The amenities are nice and I use the grills often!!! I only wish that they had a hot tub with

I have always heard amazing things about 21 Fitz, however, I am truly blown away by both the quality of my apartment and also the amenities that 21 Fitzsimons has to offer. It is so nice as a student at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus to be able to walk to and from class as well as have a safe and fun place to socialize on the weekends. Sometimes it can be difficult to get in touch with some staff, but everyone is super friendly and willing to help with any problems if they aren't too busy!

Starting my third year living at 21 Fitzsimons. I love the location with its convenience to the Anschutz Medical Campus yet still quiet in the evenings. The amenities are great with an awesome patio, nice pool, and great food options with a couple restaurants and a brewery. My space is great and a reasonable price for the convenience and amenities. The staff is very responsive and always so helpful whenever a rare problem has come up. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live in the north Aurora area.

I just moved to 21 Fitzsimmons from Pittsburgh and have really enjoyed my stay here. Brian the leasing agent has been extremely accommodating and welcoming during the whole move in process. I also love the location, it is just a block from campus and a quick drive to Target or King Soopers. It’s a very quiet building and close to plenty of parks and outdoor activities to enjoy the Colorado sunshine!

21 Fitzsimons has been a very good experience so far. Brian, the general manager, has been very helpful and has answered many questions for me. The unit had everything my partner and I were looking for, and the community seems top notch.
The amenities are very nice, and seem to be quite clean.
There is currently a lot of construction going on, so it is noisy. Although, being from a busy city, this sound is easy to block out for me.
