Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. It is sad that management and the management investors do not care for the tenants or the residents. I own a home on the fence line and the fence has been kicked in and is rotted. They will not do anything to fix this problem, I guess the next step is to bring more attention to these people. You would think you want to keep the neighbor looking nice so you get more tenants!!!

Worst place to live in Aurora. Roach infestation. Property managers are never in the office to help residents. Plumbing is terrible. My neighbor has a hole and leak in her bathroom. Maintenance never seem to want to do their job. Ana the office assistant, has no clue what she is doing. I do not recommend anyone else living there. They also fluctuate the rent with out notice. One month my rent is 1700.00 then sometimes it’s 2200.00 that’s not even with utilities

DONT RENT HERE !!! I’m saving you the money and time it’s not worth it trust me .
I been here for 8 months & these pass 8 months been the worst such a nightmare!!! They charge you $10 a month for pest control even though these nasty apartments been exposed to with cockroaches & mice it’s so gross seriously. Even the manager that was here got tired of this apartment & quit because how bad they are I recommend to look some where else I hate it so much thank god there’s only 4 more months to move out

DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied and put down a $400 "holding fee". Then I was told I couldn't move into the apartment because the current leasers were renewing their lease. They told me I would receive my refund within 4-6 weeks via check which shouldn't take that long especially because Corporate is located in Georgetown, Co. I applied in July and have yet to receive my money back. They tried keeping my check stating I cancelled before the 72 hr timeframe when I WAS CALLED, SPOKE IN PERSON AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY RENEWED THEIR LEASE AND THIS IS WHY MY APP HAD BEEN DENIED. My lease was recently up so I applied here for a two bedroom 1.5 baths I left my 500 deposit, we went 2 weeks later to view the apartment & everything was a mess the kitchen drawers wouldn’t even open the windows were cracked and they literally just duck taped it together, the bathroom tub was literally black it was completely stained. The bedroom closet doors wouldn’t even open. For the past 5 months I have been living here it been the worst experience ever . There has been cockroaches and mouses at my apartment and they don’t do anything but still charge me $10 a month for pest control like if do anything
This mouses have been out of control !
Mouses are coming upstairs to the rooms it’s so gross literally I have never experienced this & this is my first apartment to start this off & I already gotten the worst experience ever

I would like to say that management is very respectful and is always there when you have a question or even if something is wrong it gets taken care of right away , I would definitely say that this place was the best decision we have made . I can honestly say that the best decision this company has made is bringing Monica here she is so awesome she is honest and treats her residents with respect at all times . The property is well taken care of and all the units are cleaned and ready for new move in . No bugs which is a super plus cause a lot of properties in aurora are Infested with bedbugs and

I feel bad for my nephew just move in, i visit him and the whole apartment complex is filthy nasty trash everywhere, people drinking (out in the parking lot) and you can even park anywhere you have to fine a parking of off the street but is always full. I wish I could post pictures on here.

I lived in this property I had unfortunate moments, what I describe here I have the evidence that it was, i sent many emails requesting repairs, the property usually took many weeks to months to fix something include something requested as an emergency like heat not work in a coldest days winter.
Tee property sometimes have an offer when if you recommended to move someone as a friend, family you can get a credit for 200.00 dollars, I recommended my nephew, when I request the amount to credit in my account, they refuse to do that, due to the property change personal include the managers, the credit

It is my sad fate to live just north of Meadowlark Apartments. The management of this place tolerates trash all over. Right now there is about 100 feet of trash scattered on either side of their very inadequate dumpster. My neighbor has spotted rats also. These guys are terrible neighbors.

This place is just disgusting! These are pictures from my fridge where the roaches got into! Apparently, everyone in my building has had issues and I've had someone spray for 5 weeks! All the staff could say was, "Sorry". I'm also paying $85.00 a month for trash and water for our trash to look like this! It's embarrassing to have company over where our parking lot looks a horrible mess. My hot water goes in and out. I'm paying $1500.00 a month for this?! But don't let you be late on rent or have unpaid fees because they sure will contact you to let you know. And the manager is just plain rude.
