I can not WAIT until my lease is up! Something as simple as a functioning laundry room is too much for this complex. We are, now, required to have Google or Apple Pay JUST to do laundry. Even if I did have Apple Pay, the machine in my building is out of order anyway. NOTHING WORKS HERE!!!!

Don’t stay ,there please! Their maintenance service is terrible. I put in a work order because my door wouldn’t lock for some reason and it took someone two weeks to come check it out. My air was out for over a week before anyone came to repair it. There is hardly anyone ever in the leasing office, I would go there a number of time per day to speak with someone but now one would ever be available. And even if you call to speak with someone or leave a voicemail no one ever returns a call to follow up with your issues. It ain’t worth the stress. It’s an older apartment complex and a lot of

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN! I wish someone would have warned me. This is the worst apartment complex I have EVER dealt with- and I have lived in Charleston for a while. Never have I ever witnessed such inhumane conditions- hundreds of roaches, nonfunctioning AC, nonfunctioning toilet and shower, black mold, rotting wood in all closets. The neighbors to my right had the same and the ones above had mice. And not to mention the smell- because of the lack of trash-pick up, the massive infestation of roaches, and the black mold- it smells like something died- all. the. time. If I could give this 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called several times every single day for them to answer me. After paying 50$ for an application why can someone not pick up the phone and talk to me. Terrible communication. I got denied they didn’t send me an email didn’t tell me why. SCAMMERS. Don’t live here they don’t give you any respect not worth the money.

This place is a mess. Took me 4 months to get a key to my own mailbox. Just as long to get a key card to the gym that houses the Amazon hub. I think the pool was open a grand total of 4 days this summer. Now the pool has a sign prohibiting swimming by the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control. Could someone please explain to me how a professional rental property can justify this level of incompetence? Also there is a car parked outside the registration is expired and hasn’t moved in 9 months. I have spoke with the main office about it no less than 9 times. I honestly can’t convey

After living here for two years the property hardly resembles the one we moved into, recent downturn in the quality of residents led to a rise in crime and disruptions on the property. management and maintenance are constantly in flux and often hard to contact. the property is old and for the price you can definitely do better in the area. I personally has the wheels stolen off my car in the parking lot, surprise there's not actually any security. Breaking that lease was the best decision I've made in a while, professionals should probably look elsewhere.
