I have lived here since 2013. I am very happy with my apartment. It’s spacious, quiet, clean, and bug free. The office ladies are exceptional, especially Alicia! They are on top of any issues and their communication is excellent. The community grounds are kept clean and maintenance comes out the same day if you have any requests. I plan on calling Lakewood home for many more years!

I used to live here, the matinence staff are thieves and most of the tennents are absolute trash, there's problems with theft and vandalism and the leasing company are all crooked. Good luck getting your deposit back when your lease is up cause they will make stuff up so they can keep your money. Deff don't reccomend living here unless you have no other choice.

Lived here for years and loved it! Maintenance was always on top of things and very friendly. The office was very helpful. Super thankful for the office manager, Alicia, who is very nice and accommodating in any situation. My family was able to grow many memories in these apartments and I will continue to refer them to friends and family!
