I could not have asked for better customer service, they always answered my questions and I never had to wait on hold. The place was spotless and they made me feel so welcome. I am very happy I chose this place to live while I am in the process of purchasing a new home.

The apartments themselves are honestly great. They look good inside and out, stainless steel appliances, laundry in-unit, spacious rooms, etc. We lived there for 2 years and had almost no complaints. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors all around you. They also tried to raise our rent without any sort of notice which is what drove us to finally leave. I guess you get what you pay for, but paying $930 a month just to live somewhere that isn’t technically yours doesn’t sit right with me.

A bit overpriced but a nice area. Washer and dryer are small. Kitchen is spacious and appliances are nice. Over all, it has been a decent place to live.

This is the first apartment complex I have lived in that actually cares about their residents. I love it here and the staff actually enjoy what they do. It makes a huge difference!

Staff is great to work with and maintenance is on top of requests. Windows need replaced and we hear every movement in apartment above. Not a bad place to live for a year.

If you like the noise of a train about a dozen times a day, this is your place. If you like hearing your neighbors, this is your place. If you want to deal with an apathetic management then move in here. Dog feces all over the place, thin walls. My wife and I had a neighbor harassing us about every couple weeks over pitiful things. The final straw was him telling us that he was stalking my wife. Management did not care. Then they added made up fees when we moved. Think it over, hind sight is 20/20.
