We’ve been here for a while and I must say, the overall experience has been great. Management & Staff communicate well and work hard to assist or rectify any issues or concerns. My experience with maintenance has been great also. Artis works hard to properly clear all tickets, his assistant is great as well. Last but not least. Great neighbors & Great Location.

We lived here for quite a few years, raised a small family in here. The secretaries in the office are fine when paying rent, kind but resistant to anything else.
We had a board warped out on our deck for years that was never fixed making it nearly unusable which stunk because we had deck furniture. We ended up leaving because anytime anything went wrong we felt that if we didn't fix it ourselves we would be waiting an inordinate amount of time for most of the time an inadequate fix. Later workings with them were like pulling teeth and instead of being partners in a business relationship they were

The rent is a joke. $50/year increase and for what? It's Fenton, not Clayton. $1135/month for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 3rd floor w/860 sq. ft....I have a child I don't want to have to switch his schools over $50/month but when does it end? In 2005 the largest unit here I paid $840/month about. Moved back here in 2014 and the same unit goes for like $1300/month now. C'mon, it's Fenton w/a trailer park on 2 of it's 4 sides, and a noisey HWY 30. Not worth it. Management and maintenance is great. Pool sucks. Way WAY over priced...my rent went from 1065.00 to 1, 110.00 in 3 years...never did they offer to have carpets cleaned (which were very ugly and drab) then blame you for them being dirty. I lost my job and needed to move out a month early. Was told that if it rented in that month I would not have to pay the rent. They had NO intention of renting it out, didn't even do a walk threw until I wanted my deposit back.....the maintenance guys were awesome tho, hats off to you guys. The kitchens have no cabinet or counter space in them, very hard to cook in...like I said,, way too much rent for what you

Exercise center is nice always available, I love that. I hate the walls being thin can hear and be heard by everyone and the windows are single pane huge waste of heat energy. Parking is too tight. I've got scratches down the side of my car done by who knows which tenant. Can tell where drywall patches have been placed and aren't holding linoleum in bathroom curls up all places where siliconed are sloppy. I do like it here but they're charging like it's west county but have all shoddy things like some jeff county hoosiers.
