Was a fire in my friends building about a month ago. I smelled the smoke and looked on the 3rd floor to see blk smoke coming from the other side of the hall that has what I would think to be a fire door separating it off one smoke alarm was going off on the 3rd floor and I could barely hear it. I got my friends bf to help me knock on everyone’s door and call the fire department. When I went to the other side I seen the carpet on fire I wert to get a fire extinguisher which they have none on the 3rd floor so ran down to 2nd got that one had to go to the 1st floor to grab the other one to make

I am the new property manager at Autumn Ridge, I have a lot of knowledge (20 years experience). Things are changing at Autumn Ridge, the property manager helps tenants, and maintenance is awesome. It's not a bad place at all! It's like any community, you have to work together to make it a great place to live. The hallways were just freshly painted and management has never been better. Yes, I am the new property Manager here. People are more apt to leave a bad review then leave a good one. Believe what you want, but it's not what they say.

Overall it's not the worst place to live. It's cheap, and with that comes a certain set of issues. Paper thin walls, noisy neighbors, barking dogs, but best of all a completely incompetent office staff.
We had a serious issue with spiders- seeing them every other day, and getting bitten at least once a week. So gross. We asked the office to spray and put down traps. Two months later we weren't seeing a decline in spider sightings, we were even seeing more more often! When we contacted the office again they told us they treated the wrong building!

I lived here for one year. Hearing sirens every single night got old FAST. This was a few years ago, so who knows now. My friend lives here now. One of her neighbors just moved in with dogs. Clearly the dogs have urinated all over the hallway because it REEKS!! I mean it is nauseatingly disgusting!!! I won't even mention which building it is, because there is no need to do so! If management reads this, then walk into every building and see for yourself! If i was a tenant, I would be outraged!

No play area for children. Things get stolen from vehicles..neghbk rs tailgate was stolen right off his truck. :-( Electric wiring is screwed up. Cable boxes are marked wrong. Internet guy said apartment wiring for connection is marked wrong. Felt sorry for him trying rto figure out what box belonged to my apartment. They allow dogs but not vicious ones..HOW DO U KNOW IF A DOG IS VICIOUS OR NOT..Rhey say by the breed..excuse me but any dog could be mean..depending on owner and the allow boxers but not pits..wth? Both can be mean and bkth can be nice.. crazy rule if u ask me. And I dont even have
