We regret moving to these apartments. The apartments are not cleaned before another lessee comes in. They basically use paint to cover anything and everything so you will come in with other people's hairs stuck on the walls. The paint on the bathtub rubs off with the water and old brown stains start to show up. What has been our worst experience is that repair requests can't be made in person. You have to request those online or text but trust me they won't respond. We have been renting for 3 months and they have not responded to the many requests I have submitted online or through text. I work at the mall and don't have a car so this is why I am here. The area is great but these apartments are horrible. Maintenance will do bare minimum, it takes more than a handful of attempts for them to figure things out. The laundromat have no air conditioning in them, I have to wait to shower after doing laundry and get sweat in my eyes the whole time, its gross and annoying. The water always smells bad too. I had a bad air conditioner my entire lease so far, a year and a half. I had to become rude and call the management of the apartments to get the situation fixed after being patient for

My family and I lived at these apartments for a year the experience was horrible. The first month we we didn’t have AC for 18 days the apartment what is a 90° and they couldn’t do anything about it. Months after the dishwasher wasn’t working and the refrigerator door wouldn’t close and they couldn’t fix it because it was after hours or they wouldn’t respond. By the way nothing ever got fixed. Then we found bed bugs in one of the beds and thought it was us now actually it was the carpet that was infested with bed bugs even in the living room and closets. 2 months before leaving there

Staff are all over the place and don’t communicate at all! Had so many problems moving out and with a flood in my apartment, furniture got damaged due to the main drain being clogged talked to HR and they did nothing! Since the beginning they would charge us things they didn’t even know why. So many leaks I would not come back so disappointed !!

I have lived here for over a year.. and it's truly peaceful, spacious living room and big bedrooms, only issue is they have alot of problems with the water 💧 Karen and her team are great tho, if you have a problem they try to resolve it right away.

Horrible place to live. They are extremely horrible at responding to emergency repairs. I had a leak coming from my roof. I was literally dumping out a gallon bucket every 4 to 5 hours cause the leak was so bad and it took them four months and me having to threaten them to call a plumber and send them the bill. I called their emergency maintenance number multiple times and no one ever answered. I would call them during office hours and they would just tell me that they didn’t have a maintenance guy available. I guess they don’t have a maintenance guy available ever. We were just rented a 3 bedroom apt and there was paint splattered all over the floor, stovetop(coils also), refrigerator and all over the kitchen floor as well as dining area floor. All cabinets had layer upon layer of white paint and couldn't even close the doors due to so many times it's been painted over. Disgusting. The doors for the closet and laundry room looked like they were purchased from the city landfill. They didn't make sure the ceiling fan light works, so that room has no light. **BEWARE** Upon move out they charge a whole extra months rent. No matter the reason you will pay an extra months rent, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
Many things are broken, I don't have time to explain them all, communicating with the office via their website appears to be nonexistent. I had to lower the rating due to finding multiple cockroaches in the apartment. This is unacceptable. Do not live here. I have only paid rent once.

By far the worst place I ever stayed. The rent was cheap but so was the complex itself. A lot of broken items in the apartment. The maintenance team there was never keeping up with any work orders. We waited 3 months to get back a deposit after moving. The laundry facilities are terrible, the pool was filthy, and the gym was never built. If you're moving to El Paso DO NOT even consider this place.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. To start off we do the apartment walk through, and what do you know (soggy wet boxers) under the kitchen sink... It was disgusting, and the office man Charles starts to laugh as he removes them... Seriously.. But we have them the benefit of the doubt.. Yet they still disappointed us.
