I was there for a little over a year, from the very start the staff/management were very helpful and caring all the way to the end. I never ran into any issues and any little question or assistance I needed they were always so professional and helpful with everything. Terrace Hills was a great fit for me and I would recommend to anyone needing a place to call home in El Paso. I will definitely keep them in mind if I'm ever over there again. Thanks again to all the staff and management! 🤝

Let me start with this, I've never written a bad review in my life. This property had a defective stove and A/C system in my units and was being charged over 400 dlls/ month on electricity. You have to deal with USPS to get a key so you can have access you your mail (of course they will charge you for that) and apparently anybody can claim your key so I had my mail stolen form me. This property closes the pool when they feel like it. On top of all that you have loud neighbors and the police will be there every weekend.

These apartments are the best choice! Me and my husband moved in recently and we love it. The management and the maintenance staff are super attentive and fast at responding. The location is amazing too, we have everything close by. Also it's good to mention that when we were looking at apartments these were the most clean and tidy. Every apartment Denise showed us was in great shape and clean. Overall just a great management, you can really tell they work hard and are motivated to keep their residents happy.

There's a 60 day move out notice which is put on the contract initially. 6 months later they notify you that your contract expires when you're ~45 days out, why not notify 60+ days out or not do it at all? You have to pretty much extend your contract for the remaining 15 days or they send you to collections over a couple hundred bux. Definitely white glove you on stuff like that lol. The actual place is ok for the money but there are some plumbing issues. Read your contract carefully and put a reminder on your phone.

It’s been 2 years since I worked at this property. Let me just say I am so amazed by how beautiful the community looks. I loved it when it was orange but now WOW! The renovations to the basketball court and the apartments are just so Exquisite. At night a evening stroll is a must. Very beautifully lite and always very green, how I miss that forest feeling and view.
As I recommend my friends to live at Terrace Hill, I recommend anyone. You get your moneys worth.

Lived here from 2017-2020. While the previous managers left something to be desired, the new team has really turned things around. The online system for paying rent and making maintenance requests was working well. Plus, they have made a ton of upgrades recently. They made some nice renovations to the entire complex, inside and out (painting buildings, central AC added, some new appliances). I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this was a pretty good experience. If I had one complaint, it would be that they would turn off the water frequently; however, it was always for a short period

Don’t move here if you’re looking for a place. They have had water issues all year long. Yet still keep having issues. So unless you do not have a problem about not washing your hands or bathing then go right ahead. Today I had no water since this morning till evening.
If you don’t give a 60 day notice they will pro-long your stay, regardless what the contract says & of course you’re completely responsible for does days and fees.
It’s not worth it, living here is such a headache. Oh and just a friendly reminder that is rare for their pools to be open. They might just give you a key

I have lived here for almost two years and I really wanted to highlight a few things during my stay:
Price: the price point for how close it is to downtown and the highway is very manageable for me. Coming from LA, you cannot find a place at this price so close to downtown. Walking distance to UTEP and some good bars nearby as well!
Maintenance: the maintenance team are quick and on point. Given how old this building is, they are quick to fix any issues that arise and great at communicating for emergencies. It took less than 30 minutes for one emergency to get repaired!
AC: they got rid of the

Wow. The other reviews on here are quite horrific. This one wouldn't have ended on a good note either if it wasn't for that badass Jessica who swooped in and saved the day. Three days into a lease and we discover water damage on the bathroom ceiling, with actual water leaking too! On that 3rd days fateful morning I get in touch with Miss Harris at the office and within 15mins she had the repair folk cracking sheet rock. She did a bunch of other really good work as well, which shows me she's quite the pro. I left a 3 star for the darn headache that resulted from having to rearrange

Garbage!!! I lived at this complex nearly 5 years and was very happy with the maintenance and office staff until the office staff completely changed and service went down the drain.
As soon as I moved out, my remaining balance was sent to collections. (Which they said was standard procedure) I was told I could pay the balance at the office and they would send it (to corporate) for me, which I did. A month later, I was being sent more letters that my balance was still remaining. I called the office to address it and never received a call back from the staff and much less the manager. I called the

I have many complaints about this place. The insulation is terrible and cheap. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people above you walking or making slight movements. This is probably compounded by the horribly cheap carpet that has no paddling underneath. I even had to get fungus removed that was growing in the corner. The water is connected to all of the other apartments, so if someone flushed the toilet or starts the shower, you get a lovely rush of scolding hot water that lasts for a minute or so. The appliances are cheap, outdated, and from the 80's. The sprinklers are always

They hit me with over $300 in fraudulent charges when I left El Paso on military orders. Claiming El Paso electric billed me but in reality I had zero balance with El Paso Electric.

Place is God awful the managment took three weeks to fix our ac in the middles of summer with a pregnant wife. And when it comes to stuff that was broken before you moved in . You might as well just repair it yourself the maintenance is more concerned about chilling than actually working and the managment is always rude especially this one woman you will know when you see her she is the super skinny one in the office . Anytime you went to pay a bill she just looks at you like why are you bugging her and will give you attitude.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst place I have ever lived...hands down. When we first moved in we got freezing weather. When we called the manager and told them everyone should leave their water at a trickle to prevent the pipes from freezing, she blew us off. We grew up in SD so we know a thing or two about freezing weather. Well our pipes froze and we didn't have water for 12 days. They didn't even call anyone to fix it until the 9th day. They also didn't set out any portapotties and they locked the pool so we couldn't even get any water to

I really enjoy living here! The staff has been efficient since day 1! They ensure the complex is clean and well landscaped! The maintenance are really on top of things. Took a little while to get one of the big jobs done in my apt but they kept communication and had a solution for me. I feel like I'm on vacation from the view and the patios are nice!
