Pros to living here. They do what they can. Jack is a great man. Sandra was pretty awesome. Maintenance is bingual. They have from one bedroom to four. Outside extra storage unit. Price is decent. You pay gas and electric. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included. Carpet in every room except the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Fans in every bedroom and living room. Some covered parking. They now have some lighting in those. Lighting in stair areas. Pool. Fitness area (not much in there but it's a good start.) Ground keepers maintain the shrubs and grounds. Play ground. Some tenants are nice and

Moved here in November. No issues yet. Placed a couple of maintenance requests and so far all of them were handled promptly. So far every staff member I have met has been friendly and professional. Office Manager Sandra has been super helpful ans professional. Helping me get all information needed as well as walked me through some parts of the application. Yes you can say well that's her job. Yes it is. However she did not have to go out of her way to spend so much time answering questions with such a positive attitude. Jack, I'm not sure his official title, has also gone out of his way to accommidate

Since day one Jack was very friendly and accessable on responding all my questions, always made me feel welcome and the most important of all is that he always communicated with me on how my application process was going. On the move-in day he explained all details of the contract and follow up with me the next few day making sure everything on my apartment was working properly. Thank you Jack for going that extra mile for me and my family.

Yes they are income based. The staff not the best, took 3 weeks to fix a leaking bathroom sink faucet and pipe. The carpet is so old, has stains all over and they refuse to change them. Previous tenant had pets and the smell of urine is horrible, yet the manager said it is what it is. Most of the people leave windows open or have fans because the AC does not work. The apartment get so humid, yet they say everything is fine. There's no one to care for the maintenance around the apartments so there's always trash and the stairs are all stained and just gives a bad impression. We were showed the model

Lately the worst place I've ever live in.
Maintenance sucks! I have more than 4 months asking her to fix a fan on the bedroom, the dryer, and some things in the kitchen. And I'm still waiting.
Now they have bedbugs infestation in all the building, and she doesn't do anything about it.
I had to go and ask the lady at the office what was going on, she said the neighbors downstairs had bedbugs and they left because of that, and they just clean that apartment not all the apartments. When I went to tell her that I had bites all over my body, I had to clean everything, wash all my clothes. And leave
