I have to say this apartments are amazing !! Very spacious very homey .. the manager and staff are excellent I love the manager she is the nicest person .. I'm not exage"rating"! They pay both water and gas and u pay only electric but thru them your services are all here the moment you move in I love it 10 stars**

Horrible management. Horrible grounds kept. This place takes your money and never returns it. The place only 40% occupied because they can’t get anyone to move into the dilapidated rundown units. My daughter was supposed to move in and the money was given but the apt wasn’t ready on time and we asked for them to return our deposit And they wouldn’t. The apt was flooded and they had to repair the roof so it was constantly delayed. This is the worst apartment management team I’ve ever seen. Don’t even look in that direction for a place to live. Look elsewhere.

They don’t even deserve a star. Where do I start? Months after moving in the summer our AC broke down our living room was flooded and it took over a week to get that repaired. When we moved in we specifically asked if there was washer and dryer hook ups and they stated that there was, come move in date we realized since the washer and dryers are in a closet it had to specifically be a stackable which was NEVER disclosed. When I brought up that I couldn’t fit my washer and dryer they said they could rent us a stackable for $25 bucks a month, ok sounds reasonable, then they said they would have

Unfortunately I'm still living in these apartments because I'm still under contract, but as soon as my lease is up I'm getting out of here, its a shame because the apartments are pretty decent, but the management is horrible, in 8 months that I've been here there has been 5 managers, countless maintenance staff, the owner doesn't want to spend the necessary money to keep good personnel and maintain the units properly, stuff breaks down and they say they will send someone to repair and they never fix it right, and its almost impossible to have them come back to finish the repairs,,,they don't treat

I had the most wonderful experience living here. I loved my apartment. It was huge and homey. The staff were great and the manger was the nicest person I've ever met. Knew my family by name and always stopped to us. It was so hard to leave. But if I ever go back to the west side I'm going back to del Prado. Sincerely #504!

I don't see how this can be rated so low. Yes the place floods a bit when it rains but hello, have you not seen the streets here in El Paso? The whole cities drainage system is horrid. If you want to know about the apartments themselves, they are FANTASTIC! My wife and i have been living here for a year, and have had no complaints. Maintenance sometimes took two days to get to if it wasn't an emergency but no big deal. The apartments are very spacious and AC works awesome! Management is nice i have no complaints.

When we first moved in, the management went out of their way to make sure our maintenance needs were quickly addressed, we had a live-in "super" who would immediately answer our calls and the managers were always available. The apartments were sold a number of months into our lease and the quality of the management, maintenance, and appearance of the apartments quickly deteriorated. We had a leak from the bathroom above our apartment, it took the maintenance staff over a month to finally address the leak but left a hole in the ceiling above our shower for over a month.
