I have been calling and emailing these apts and I've been given the run around . Kinda makes me wonder if it's because I'm Hispanic. The couple before me were accommodated the same day. (Not Hispanic) I Show up and they tell me they have nothing to show me and to try the apts down the street. Guess it wasn't ment????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The Pointe Apartment's property managers and maintenance staff do a great job. It is noticeable that they all take pride in their work. They are all attentive and personable.
My water heater recently stopped working. I notified them of the situation and they were immediately working to resolve the issue. They assessed the situation, identified that I needed a new one, and installed the new equipment very quickly.

I have just spent the last year living at the Pointe. At the time I moved in new management was also starting. I feel they have done a wonderful job despite being hit with previous plumbing problems beyond their control, quickly followed by the pandemic. They answered any questions, concerns or repairs I needed promptly. I enjoyed the apartment itself and the beautiful setting. I recommend the Pointe and thank the current management for their hard work.

All went went well, great customer service from all office employees. The only issue I was not happy about is about the return of my deposit. As I moved in 10 years ago I was asked for a high deposit of $1400 but as I notified I was moving out I was told that there was no record of my deposit as they were lost with the change of proprietors and new lessor was only transferred the amount of $650 as my deposit. Will greatly appreciate guidance as to whom should I address the issue since I am expecting my deposit back. Thank you. At the very end I received a letter stating I was only entitled to a

Unfortunately, this place won't care about the pandemic. Doing remodeling in several buildings in the middle of the worst spike in El Paso and you can't opt out of them coming into the apartment. Places like this is why El Paso is one of the infection hotspots in the nation. If you put aside the fact that they cannot communicate effectively, the place is quiet and quite comfy.

Do not waste your money on these overly priced apartments. For 6 months or so now, they’ve been turning the water off for “leakage” every couple of weeks. At first, my husband and I were very patient but at this point it’s absolutely ridiculous. They don’t even notify me about the cutoff. They are only notifying my husband. He has a very busy schedule and can’t be hanging over his email every moment of the day. I have been quarantined now for 3 months and not once have they ever notified me about the cutoff. They refuse to offer any compensation or assistance to the residents even though
