Just moving in last month and the new management is nothing less than amazing. They surpassed my expectations on move in day and they are very understanding. I have a disability and they accommodated me without hesitation. The view from my apartment is to die for. Would highly recommend.

Don't move here! I've lived here for 2 years within those 2 years there was new management 3 times. I lived in an apartment that I paid over 1000 for and had so much problems. I had leaks all throughout my apartment. I moved it with a dirty toilet, blinds missing and no heater. It had been almost a year and nothing got fixed. Then mold started to grow from my ceiling. And still did nothing. I called and put in multiple maintenance request still nothing. I had to call the health department and they said it was bad and unsafe and gave them a fine. And still nothing was fixed. And they did not want

Actual resident here! 3 stars because of some of the shadier/less honorable residents, but that’s not the current management’s fault. The old manager’s were famously unprofessional. I say you give them a chance! The current managers are awesome and understanding! It’s also my understanding that they’re working diligently to make sure only more lawful and upstanding residents are moving in! Currently in the process of moving out and they’ve made it relatively seamless. Some of my neighbors did give me a hard time but again that’s not management’s fault. The newly remodeled apartments

If i could give this 0 stars i would. the apartment was falling apart due to a leak which caused mold. rain would leak in from the upstairs room and dining area. they “attempted” to fix it but all they did was patch it up and it still didn’t work.

The new management is respectful and very professional. However the property itself has many issues and is to the point where maintenance can not keep up with the work orders. Would be a great place to live if when issues arise they would be fixed within a relatively quick time

Three weeks ago the ceiling in our bedroom collapsed in. We've been trying to get it fixed since and nobody from the office will help. Maintenance has stopped by to look and take pictures but nothing has happened. I have a 9 month old baby and a 4 year old. All the black mold is very worrying and it just keeps growing since nothing is getting done.

It’s going to be one problem after the next when you’re staying here. Also, they make you share a water bill with your building. That would be acceptable if their toilets didn’t always require extra flushing and their sinks didn’t clog. They will give you the excuse that they have multiple work orders so they may or may not get to you. That’s not an acceptable excuse. Before we moved in we asked our balcony to be cleaned of the pigeons living on it and to have a simple number for our apartment. I am currently living very uncomfortable in my Apartment at Agave Apts. I have not had air conditioning in my apartment for awhile now . It is hotter in my apartment then it is outside . I have kids who barley keep anything on because it is so hot . I feel like there is no emergency towards getting the air conditioning fixed . We signed a lease that said we would have refrigerated Air . We have not had that . You walk in my apartment and it is Humid . On top of that we had a issue with the pipes busting in our back patio so couldn’t even open the doors to vent the house because of the smell

This place is unbelievable... At first I had no problems with the property. My rent is paid early, I don't caused disturbances... However, when I came home to a shattered glass door one early morning I tried calling the emergency maintenance number... NEVER heard from them...I had to call off work so I could wait till the office opened. I've been waiting a week now for a new glass door. The people in the office seem to be taking their time fixing this. Yes a board was placed over the door... POORLY I MIGHT ADD!! The board was a bit to long and isn't flushed against my wall and PROPERLY SECURED
