You will be booted, whether you have a parking permit or not. This has happened multiple times in the two and a half years I’ve lived here, most recently this morning. It is $75 to remove and the boot company is extremely unprofessional. My parking permit is on my dash, and my vehicle was booted anyway. When I brought it to the attention of the apartment management, I was told “too bad.” You shouldn’t have to take photos every time you park your car, but that is the situation, apparently.

Unfortunately my experience of this place is a hurtful one. Came from out of state to visit family for Thanksgiving and had my car burgled overnight in the parking lot. Catalyst and exhaust gone. Estate Management office refused to even document my report how much more do something about it. "Oh, it happens always, call the police" they said. Interestingly, I needed a parking permit otherwise my vehicle would have been towed, which I got, and there was no caution or disclaimer about vehicles being parked at owner's risk. Spent $820 to get parts replaced on Thanksgiving eve. Now I understand that

To begin I have just moved in and will say the apartment is great and property looks nice maintained. parking is ok safe neighbors are cool. The pool and gym are nice. The front office staff horrible customer service is non existent and mist definitely not a priority. They will not acknowledge your presence or greet you. I literally waited for like 10 mins and the lady acted as if I was interuppting her and her busy schedule and was irritated.Like my rent payment is a inconvenience. This has been my experience since the beginning my zen lease signing be handed a bunch of papers told sign that let

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would have! The management takes forever to get anything fixed no matter how many times you've put in a work order. Maintenance maintenance only does a 1/2 worked job job never completely finishes it or does it does it to satisfaction.. The day we moved in we had so many problems including baby maggots in the freezer and paint and mildew and mold in the washer. The parking is atrocious. You cannot get a spot near your building unless you are here before 8:00 p.m. However if your job requires you to work past 8:00 p.m. and where you're working 16 hours A-day you

Terrible, I gave a Securitty deposit when I moved in and they kept the entire amount when I moved out, which doesn't make sense because I left the apartment in great condition!!! Then they also sent me a bill so not only did they keep my deposit but they are also charging me extra "fees" for reasons I really dont know why. The apartment was left in great condition!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! worst property , you can find something else not worth it!!! The staff is Vindictive! ( no idea who The A. Is responding to the reviews but he basically tells everyone the same thing) load of garbage

Lived here for 4 years. The rent has gone up continually but the area is nice, the community is safe, the apartments are well maintained (ours was at least.) The parking is the worst thing about the place though. First come first serve and good luck getting a covered parking. Never had a problem with my car being booted or towed but had to park on the other side of the complex from time to time, if I got home past 8pm. Also some residents feel they do not need to pick up after their dogs so that's frustrating.

I was excited to see these apartments had all the amenities I needed as well as availability. After reading the reviews I am looking elsewhere. They look great but if the problems with break ins, mail being stolen and parking really do exist I don't want to take a chance. Management/maintenance coming in to my home with out concent is definitely a deal breaker and a huge invasion of privacy. Take notes management. People in search of a new place to live definitely read reviews.
FYI: Future tenants
know your rights. A landlord/property management/Owner (this includes maintenance) has to give 24

Warning!!! Horrible apartment management. After 2 years of living here and having to request maintenance repairs on the same issues over and over because they never fixed anything (only patch), not being able to change air filters regularly because the cover is bolted and requires special tools and pay penalties for being out of town when they come around (unplanned) to service fire extinguishers!! (Oh and by the way they have keys?? and of course will enter your apartment to do a next day annual inspection without hesitation). Someone finally moved into the apartment below me and brings one of

I have been living here for about four years now, and I feel like the apartments need A LOT of work. Even though I am a kid, even I know this complex is sorta bad. My dad gets towed and has to go across town to get his car back. The community is also so awful sometimes, and the AC always dies. 2/5 wouldn't recommend for people who want a nice facility to spend your life in.

I have the misfortune of being stuck in a lease here, however, RENTER BEWARE! The property is nice, however, the staff will quickly make you forget how nice the property is. The management here is horrendous, the amount of difficulty and communication issues is inexplicable. I'm not sure what is going on with the mail here, but packages that say are delivered and received by the office go "missing" frequently, and even if they have your package, they will tell you they don't unless you go back and forth with them asking them why your tracking information says it was received

After being a tenant for nearly 2 years I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone. Good luck finding parking if you work late or leave for any reason after 3pm. I can’t tell you how many times the AC went out during the summer months where temperatures are over 100 degrees. Upon my move out I ensured that my apartment was immaculate. I spoke with Meghan (manager) and told her that the carpet near the living room was badly stained. She told me not to worry about it as they needed to be cleaned anyway and if they weren’t they would simply replace the carpet. After waiting nearly a month

I lived here for 4 years. If you are considering this place, I would say there are much better complexes around the area for the same price.
The pros are the location and the pool is nice.
The cons are just about everything else.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in many different complexes around Albuquerque and elsewhere and in comparison, the way they conduct themselves is inexcusable.
For example:
1. When we moved out, they took the entire $1500 Security Deposit and charged us $750. We hired a cleaning company to clean before we moved out and they charged us almost $1000 for

DO NOT move to this place... If I could move, I would. You cannot have both heat and hot water at this place. You run the heat and the water is cold, you run the hot water and you have no heat. They cannot figure out how to do both. IT IS RIDICULOUS. They had to fix my heater 4 times... and it is still not fixed. The maintenance is nice enough but they cannot figure out how to fix anything. The property has had 4 managers in 5 years. They over-charge you for water. The work out room is disgusting and they cannot figure out how to keep a remote control by the TV. They do not care about working with

So the apartments aren't too bad, however the parking is horrible! If you get home after a hard days work, plan to search for parking and then when you do finally park, you'll be walking! If you ask about the parking before you move in, the staff says it's no problem. Once you move in they say "yup it's an issue".
Also, recently the hot water tank went out and it took them four days to fix it. Keep in mind the hot water tank not only supply's hot water it also supplies heat to the apartment. This also happens to be in December with the temperatures at night in

Don't live here if you want your mail. In the 3 years I have lived here, I have had my mail stolen about 15-17 times. Regardless of the many complaints filed with the apartment complex, they still haven't even put up a camera (real or fake); nothing to deter the theft of mail because they genuinely do not care or don't have the resources to handle theft. Their solution "check your mail box frequently"

Also I have had my car broken into 3 times. My neighbors have had their cars broken into several times, and a multitude of other issues.

I would also take positive reviews

I am writing an update to my post from almost 5 years ago. I am STILL living at the Aspens and I am still loving it. My lease will be up in September and I will be renewing again. I think we have the best smelling, most inviting lobby, they have taken the time to get some fancy seasonal flags that fly as you up the drive to the lobby.

Great staff, nice apartments (except outrageous water bill), but HORRIBLE PARKING!!!! If you don't get home before 4 pm on a week day you will NOT find parking anywhere remotely close to your apt. VERY limited visitor parking spots. On the weekend you almost don't want to move your car because you DEFINITELY wont get a parking spot upon returning. They built all these new apt buildings but didn't make enough parking spots to accommodate the new buildings. EXTREMELY UNREASONABLE rates for water bill. 1B=$45 flat rate water fee. When it was metered my bill would be under $20 for

Again after 11 months things got worse. This shouldn't get a one star. My other half just got notice saying they have to charge extra for a fixed rate for water, sewage, and trash. It went from metered to a fixed rate. This happened so they can complete the construction on the new apartments. Then to make things worse they are charging for a second vehicle. So we do have to park in Costco parking lot. All together he's paying an extra 150.00. So if your contemplating moving here or staying here you are satisfied with mediocre service and ever increasing fees.

I will start off by saying that I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life and this is one of the nicest and affordable complexes I've ever lived in. There is a great playground for kids, two pools, a hair salon, year round hot tub, and a work out room. They let me use the fax whenever I need to for free and there are computers for public use in the leasing office. (

The apartments are well built and very quiet. Spacious balconies (I live in a 2 bedroom) with some storage space to boot. Washer and dryer in unit is nice (and being from Chicago, not something I've EVER experienced
