I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Nikol at Thornbury at Chase Oaks Leasing office. In Plano Texas. We had an issue that we had great concern over regarding our apartment and Nikol helped us out.
Nikol was so patient, extremely professional and calm while handling our concerns. Nikol also called us back as promised the same business day and had a solution to offer us to resolve our matter.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I never leave negative reviews but this one I had to. The management is horrible. If you are not on top of it they will screw you over! After living here for one year I had to move out. AC, fridge weren't working properly. Tub was rusty but was painted over so it chipped again. I keep my place clean and cleaned extra well to avoid fees but still got charged for carpet, tub, and stove. The carpet was newly put in when I moved in and I don't wear shoes inside my home and vacuum regularly so it was as clean as it can be. I tried calling the office numerous times and left voice messages

I have lived here 3 years and every time my lease is up I renew giving them the benefit of doubt that they will do better but jokes on me! It is the worst place I have ever lived in! And I’m sure to work in coz I see new faces every other month. I have so many complaints from maintenance to pest control to some staff being rude that will take forever to type and I won’t waste my breath but avoid these apartments like the plague!

I have never in my life lived in a place so nasty. The any infestation is these worst thing I’ve ever seen…. I keep my living space clean. I can’t even keep food in my cabinets because they get into everything instantly. I’ve read many reviews from people saying the same thing and you would think they would do something more about this but it’s honestly just disgusting. They offer spray once a week but it’s no one near enough considering they are probably in the walls. Ac has broke multiple times, insulation issues. Tub and bathroom paint and tiles started chipping instantly. My lease

Hate that I have to write this review. Really hoping they will make good on their word in a timely matter! My wife and I just relocated to this property from another state. We visited the property back in January and the model apartment we saw was lovely! But the apartment we received was a disaster. We've only been here 3-4 days and it's been extremely frustrating. Here's a list of things that were immediately wrong once arriving.
1. Was dreadfully painted. (Walls or Cabinets)
2. Holes in the walls, they tried painting over them to cover them.
3. Our storage closet on the balcony doesn't have

MOLDY , dusty is unacceptable! The apartment has been in this poor conditions for ALMOST 3 months on May 16 2021. They have cancelled our tickets multiple times! New Manager had no idea about the apmt condition, she said...”WE WERENT even on the list and we got to wait another week or 2. How is that even possible? TAKE OWNERSHIP of the problem and FIX IT! This is a BIG hazard.

I have called here twice, leaving detailed voicemails, regarding rental availability and pricing. Never once did I receive a call back. I have an 800+ credit score. We'll take our money somewhere else! And by reading the reviews, on here, it sounds like the staff is lazy and non-responsive in all aspects. Not renting here at this GHETTO. Good luck to the rest of you!
