We're here to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and create a customized program to help you reach your wellness goals. Our clients range from seasoned athletes to individuals who are new to fitness with little to no experience. Our trainers are excited by the challenge of creating a program to suit your individual needs and get you (or keep you) on track to your healthiest self.
Team Training is more intimate than your typical Group Fitness Class. The smaller athlete to trainer ratio allows for a more personalized experience and a more goal-oriented program. Each session will blend strength and cardio training to help you and your team build muscle, increase endurance, improve cardiovascular fitness and promote weight loss.

Smaller focused classes offer specific training assistance on your specific needs. They offer strength, cardio, TRX, spinning and more. The natural light comes in with big windows and its convenient to the Back Bay for a walk if you have time. Excellent instruction focused on form and safety. Highly recommend!

I just finished my first class at Fitwell, (first class is free!) and I loved it. Karen, the owner made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and made sure everyone knew each others' names. She was positive and encouraging and the workout was great. The location is bright and sunny, and it is immaculate inside. I will definitely be back.
