Mail room has now been broken in twice in one month, all our mail stolen. Dumpsters are over flowing REPEATEDLY FOR WEEKS! Management is DOING NOTHING to fix the mail room in a timely manner, you have to go and wait an hour or more at the post office with all of your neighbors. The post office knew the apartment complex by name before we even said it! So even the post office knows this place is SKETCHY AND BAD!
Run far far far away from this place.

Lived there for over 15 years. Until they brought in the criminal management team. First day, they stole my package. For some reason ups delivered it to the office. At 5:20pm I went over to get it. They close at 6:00pm they wouldn't let me in. Came back in the morning no package.
Then they were having legally parked cars towed for the fee. Then they were renting to known drug dealers for a cut. Then they were charging late fees, when you weren't late. Then they demanded you to pay online. They would take more than owed.

SCAM. After calling to confirm the availability of an apartment- they took my application fee and told me suddenly the tenant isn’t leaving and that they’ve renewed their lease. When I asked for a refund she said “my wallet was my responsibility” Very unprofessional.

If i could give this place a zero star rating i would. Management team are rude, condescending, and are incapable of conducting themselves in a professional manner as they are the face of this company. The leasing agent and her husband live on site and cause several disputes among various tenants and it's well known the husband is a drug dealer. Packages go missing all the time, leasing agent and her husband don't respect others assigned parking.

I've lived in this apartment for a year exact and will never return. The apartments are old and air conditioning/ Water heaters do not work properly. Maintenance takes days to get to you. My car has been towed twice. Once because of expired tags when it's COVID and my DMV appointment isn't till July. The front office is even less helpful. The actual apartment water pressure is not 35Psi as per minimum. The fire department at all times of the day is heard around and too loud to sleep past. The layout leaves a scarce amount of outlets for plugging in necessities. I would not recommend

Went to take a look at the apartments, (Luz or Liz) gave me a price different then what it was on the website. When I asked her why are the prices different she started making faces in disagreement and was rude. When my wife went back to see the apartment that another sweet hispanic girl (not Luz and not the manager)said we could see at the beginning of the month, Luz was the one to help my wife with another bad service and bad manner with her disposition not being cooperative with our questions. Update 2/16/2020 apartments finally called a plumber and guess what the plumber said another tenant had been flushing baby wipes and since then we never had an issue but the apartment staff never apologized and even put a notice on our door sayin it was our fault the plumbing was bad even though the professional plumber said it wasn't and threatened us for weeks even though they were being to cheap to call a plumber ..... and when someone parks in your spot the towing company never even shows up . Just don't leave here go across the street .

Have lived here for a year and a half now. The office staff is just okay. But Lee , maintenance man, is by far the nicest person on property. Our air conditioning went out on us , it was 14 years old. And he stayed over to make sure that it got installed properly. He loves our dogs. And will always come to the rescue when we need him. The property is always very clean.

I have firsthand knowledge of how abysmal and atrocious this complex is. From the time we started the leasing process, there were red flags. After moving in and completing our inspection, we notated every single issue with the apartment.
To date, we are still having issues with our Air conditioning and plumbing. Both of which are mandated by Nevada statute to be fixed as a priority in a certain time frame. I’ve lived here for a year... I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews... let me just say, it is not as bad as the reviews make it out to be! The management team and the office staff were always helpful from the day I applied! The maintenance was there with no hesitation. They are constantly cleaning the complex. During the summer we would go to the pool. My kids loved it. Your home is what you make of it, and we love our apartment. Never experienced bugs or anything. My family is just too large for an apartment and we are saddened to move. I would highly recommend Sky Court Harbors

Had driven by to look into this place multiple times and there’s consistently a “we will be back at this time” sign on the door. At different hours of the day too. Tried coming before I head off to work, coming on a lunch break later in the afternoon. It has been hard trying to catch someone actually being in the office.
As I did a self tour/drive by of the property to see if I should waste anymore time, I noticed the trash areas are so overfilled. It doesn’t seem like enough cans for the amount apartments. Parking seems very full. I’m assuming uncovered parking is fend for yourself

Excited to move here. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. Seems like a nice area.

I have lived here for over 4 years now. Awful Property Management Company. Treats us like garbage. People constantly parking in our spot, with no recourse. Rude neighbors stomping on our heads all day and night, with no recourse. We have never had a proper bathroom or kitchen since moving in. We can complain all we want, with letter after letter, to no avail. Do not move in here. They are horrible. Any time we go in to complain, they write us up and threaten to evict. It's flat out abuse. In Los Angeles county I could file a REAP case against them and win. I hope some horrible luck

Gave them a time to get it together and fix my appliances. Needless to say, they failed. First of all my washer was POURING the day after someone was there to "fix it" not only that but they had NO MANNERS for my home. From being on my patio with their wet muddy shoes, they walked all over my carpet/tile and left a complete mess. Everything in the apartment is cheaply made. The toilet paper holder constantly falls off the wall. The bath tub creeks when taking a shower. Have had several issues with the door knobs in every room. The blinds to the patio door always broke off so just used a curtain instead. The dish washer broke and was not replaced. Put a work order in, they took a month to come look at it and said it would be replaced but never heard from them since. It's been over 8 months and still no dish washer. The light cover to the kitchen fell and they never fixed that either. They mark the work orders as completed

In the state of Nevada, landlords must return a tenant's security deposit or surety, minus any legal deductions, to the tenant within 30 days of lease termination.
If any deductions have been made, the landlord is required to include an itemized list of such deductions.
