I lived a year in this place in their 1 bed apartment. I loved the place initially cuz of ambience n how spacious the apartments are.
The drawback is maintainance. For past one month, none of my maintainance request is completed. Probably as soon as they got to know I m leaving I became least priority even for urgent matters. I was without working sink kitchen for two weeks. My half apartment light went off due to some breaker issue and no one showed up for days. My bathroom remain clogged for months and my bulbs weren't replaced like ever.

Getting ahold of the office staff here is a nightmare. They do not respond to calls or emails. After I moved out, I wanted to get a receipt of my deposit refund to understand why I received the amount I did, but have been unable to get ahold of anyone for an answer for 2 months now. When I did reach someone, I was told I would receive a phone call back and never did. The only star is for maintenance while living here, which was great.

Worst leasing office staff ever. laziest people who hardly answer the phone and when they do they always have an attitude. i went two months without hot water, pipes bursted in the kitchen and flooded the whole kitchen/ living room first week after we moved it. trash service was also terrible, i paid 25 a month for someone to pick up my trash and for 4 months my trash had not been picked up so i had to do it myself while also still paying for the service. pool and hot tub were closed more than they were open. toilet in one room hardly flushed, sink in other room never drained and the shower in

As an Inmigrant I felt insulted by the politics in this community. I applied one Friday and I haven't received a call but almost a week after, and what was my surprise that the leasing manager gave a papers to fill up with information about my inmigration status, even though when I filled the application online with my SS and my paystubs where indicate that I'm legal and my wife too, besides I got 4 years paying rent with no complaint for my current neighborhood. Besides, they charge the deposit during the application and the returning is 4 days after, very bad management here. My recommendation

Outward appearance of the property looks nice with plenty of green space, but overall I was extremely disappointed during my lease here. While rent is quite high, the appliances were very outdated inside. Bare minimal efforts were made to properly maintain or improve the property. My stay here consisted of a string of new property managers with little consistency. Poor communication and maintenance continuing to perform work requests with no communication afterwards and no notice anybody had even entered the apartment while tenants were away at work were ongoing issues. After being here for 3 months, we have not once had our trash taken out. While seeing that the apartments surrounding ours is taken out everyday. I have contacted the office about this issue multiple times and each time I have been told that it has been an on going issue for other new residents as well and that they have been trying to contact the garabge workers. Nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I have also placed work orders for maintenance for damages that were notated when we first moved in and nothing has been done to fix these appliances either. It is very disappointing, and just

This is a great, family friendly place to live. Jolene, the current manager (and the whole team under her leadership) has done an incredible job managing a property during a global pandemic. Beyond just keeping people safe in common areas, but managing people being home more, having more needs, needing more and different services ... she’s handled it all so well while still propelling the neighborhood forward with improvements (some overdue and some just fun!)

Looks can be deceiving! This place looks like such a beautiful place to live, but the staff that manage the property are the worst that I have ever encountered. Phone calls are never answered; expect it to take weeks before getting a return call back, if at all. They enter your apartment unannounced without any advanced notice, and do not let you know if they have been in your apartment, even if you have an animal that likes to escape. Packages get lost quite frequently here as well. The staff hands down make the price of living here not worth it. Live elsewhere!!!

Park lane apartments is by far the best apartment community I've lived in. I love the design and layout of my apartment, I love the peacefulness of the community. Never have I lived in an apartment complex that is so quiet. The amenities are fantastic. The landscaping is fabulous. Maintenence is quick to respond. If there was any negative I would say the price is very expensive.

Never been so difficult moving in a new apartment. Park lane is a premium apt complex, however, the customer service in the leasing office is not quite up to its standard. The office made initial contact with me after almost a month I submitted the application. Then they called me about the renters' insurance one week prior to my move-in date during the time when I was traveling internationally. It feels like they are not good at email communications and they don't even have a public email address listed on the Website. When calling is inconvenient (in my case traveling in another country
