Rick and Matthew performed the most extensive inspection I have ever seen. Their full report and summary report allowed me to create a game plan on what items to take care of immediately, and what can be taken care of over time. They provide pictures with references and best practices on areas that need work. Their drone roof inspection is an incredible value as well since it allows them to examine the integrity of the roof without the risk of cracking or adding to any potential damage. Overall I am extremely happy with the work they did. I am glad to have such professionals in the Las Vegas valley

They were so quick to schedule with our 7 day due diligence, I was so impressed. This market is so hot I was worried we couldn’t get everything done in time. They were thorough and took great pictures and 3D images showing any issues they found. Great working with them, wouldn’t recommend anyone else but this company to friends and family.

Rick and Matthew from Red Rock Inspections completed our 11-month new home inspection. I highly recommend their service. They were prompt, professional, incredibly thorough and informative. They sent our full (very detailed) inspection report to us (with a multitude of photos) the same day. I feel more knowledgeable about my home, safer because they sourced a gas leak and we had Southwest gas come out within an hour, and have more peace of mind knowing our house is functioning as it should be … with some items called out that we submitted through our warranty. Rick did a fantastic job for us with our home inspection! We needed it ASAP & he helped us and did it on his day off for us! Rick was thorough and had great pictures and explanations for everything in the report. He was also available to answer any questions we had. We’re saving a lot of money because of the 30k plus repairs he found for us that our General contractor missed. With this we’re able to cancel the escrow and move onto a better home for our family.

Rick and his team are professional, thorough, detailed oriented and always available for any questions we had. Being out of state several thousand miles away, we felt it was important to have a home inspection done, even with a newly constructed home. We found out our builder was strict with the insurance limits for home inspectors but Rick & Red Rock Home Inspections met their qualifications. Unfortunately, the builder was giving us the round around until almost closing but Rick was professional and patient throughout the builder’s approval process. Rick & his team promptly completed the inspection

From the beginning of the process, Rick Watkins (owner) responded immediately to my inquiry, explained the process in great detail, and confirmed the requested appointment time.
