The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.

All County has managed my property for there years and has been extremely responsive. Recently we had a tenant break their lease early and All County immediately jumped in to help us find a new tenant quickly. They have provided us with a peace of mind that we are so grateful for.

When we first met Laura we thought we had found the perfect partner to rent out our first home. Little did we know the stress, costs, and time that working with All Country would cost us over the next few months. Though Laura told us she thought our home would rent in 4 to 6 weeks for $2,995/month, over the next 3 months Laura would lower the estimated rental value of our home by over $500 over which time we only had a total of 3 showings. Finally, we decided to part ways. Almost two months after parting ways, we received a “past due” invoice from All County for two charges that we never approved

We had made an appointment right at 4:30 & as soon as we got there to look at the place they cancel on us last minute because they were getting a lot of applications already. My husband & I ate in a hurry looking for apartments & drove 30 minutes to this place just to get told it was cancelled as soon as we arrived.

Please be more professional and train your employees to at least act like they like their job. The only reason why I didn’t leave one star was because Laura was very sweet and direct with me. Everyone else would beat around the bush and act very unprofessional. No callbacks, and very hard to get a hold of the manager John. Don’t bother applying to any unit that they have if you have less than an 800 credit score. Also, if you’re gonna lie on your website about credit score and higher deposit at least make an attempt to back up the lie.

I only dealt with Theresa but all I can say is that she is a Rockstar! Quick to respond to my emails and calls. She helped with all the little things including utility setups. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, professional. Moving and/or just finding a place to live can be very stressful. Theresa took a lot of that stress away.

When a recent service repair did not go as expected, Erika (the manager of Brighttouch, who manages service repairs for All County) went above and beyond to fix the situation and even came to our apartment on her own time over the weekend to personally apologize, and make sure my wife and I were taken care of. I appreciate All County for partnering with her team, as the level of integrity and care she showed was beyond impressive.

I've been very pleased with All County Metro Denver Property Management. They manage 3 properties for me and while I was nervous to transition my properties that I'd managed for 5 years to a professional company, I immediately wishes I had made the switch sooner. I couldn't seem to lease one unit and Laura leased the place in a week, I had been trying for 7! That lost vacancy revenue would have easily paid some of her (reasonable) fees.
Laura is wonderful at communication and my tenants are happy too. I'd gladly recommend All County to anyone looking for professional management.
