Do not rent here. Find anyplace else. I am a current tenant. I have numerous complaints but this one takes the cake. I have had a pending service request for my broken oven for the past 9 months. On three separate occasions, three different maintenance guys have come to look at the oven, confirming that it is, in fact, broken. I have re-submitted the service request and emailed the regional manager nearly every month for the past 9 months. My efforts have only produced several emails from the manager apologizing for the delay. Never mind the fact that maintenance has been renovating apartments

Consistently is hard to get ahold of. Has repeatedly made charges to my account which I have had to fight multiple times. The grounds are always dirty. I do not recommend this place to college students or anyone.
After speaking to the manager my issues were resolved. Management seems to be changing for the better!
