If i could give this complex 0 stars i would!
Worst place i have ever lived in!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Hubby and i just moved out of this place and it was the worst experience anyone could ever have! Our place got broken into the first night we moved in and yes the guy that robbed us was armed! When we called the leasing office they weren't even shocked that it had happened and just brushed it off as a minor incident.
Our car was also vandalized and they tried to steal our tires which of course cost us over $500 to fix! Not to mention the people that live here as well. Some neighbors are

WAAAAAY overpriced for what they offer. I wasn't able to tour the complex due to COVID so I had no idea. I was shown a virtual tour of a nice unit and told mine was being renovated...the flooring is new and that's about it. Cabinets are peeling and falling apart. Neighbor downstairs is a DJ or something and plays loud music outside his apartment (I love.music, but it's often to the point I can't even hear my TV with my windows shut). Last week a guy shot 4 shots out of his apartment at another neighbor over a verbal altercation.

Management people are nice. they usually respond to maintenance calls quick. I have been here for 7 years now. The only down side are the neighbors. they play loud music in the parking lot area, either day or night. they have no respect for other people who are trying to go to sleep. people here own more than two cars. good luck finding parking space at night. my apartment is surrounded by dog owners. barking is a constant thing. some people leave their dogs in the patio area, the stench is horrible. keep your cars empty or you might get people breaking into it to grab what ever they see. good

The tour was a good sell for getting us into this complex. The complex is clean most of the time. Occasionally the dogs owners forget their manners and do not pick up behind their pets. However, we find that management pounces on that issue right away. The residences are friendly, there is a combination of families, single people, college students, elderly of every nationality just as we see the world.
The maintenance crew fix what ever issues arise promptly. Only had one (out of six) indecent when the job was not complete. The front gate is broken a bit to often, this allows the homeless access

This apartment is amazing. Every maintenance request has been answered and fixed within 24 hours. They called to ask if we were satisfied and we definitely are. They are kind, the front desk is super accommodating, the apartment reasonably priced, and it's peaceful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody!

Charged me for damages that werent there. Durring inspection i was told it looks "perfect". then weeks later im told i broke my kitchen counter and both bath tubs? Oh and i cracked my sink, which was stainless steel....?? they never sent photos after 8 requests. There very quick to send the bills tho. Dont move here if u work for the hospital. And cameras dont work.

I can't believe i've lived here this long. the gates always broken. the pool and spas are disgusting, there's homeless everywhere they gouge you for every little thing. the damn place is too expensive to begin with. some people might even want to recheck their lease for what you're getting charged something doesn't seem right.

I'll tell you what is one of the best aspects of living at Sunstone Place. The front desk is great at communicating and Veronica and Samantha do a fantastic job. One of the best parts of living here is the maintenance team. Arthur always does a quick yet thorough job. I also enjoy the fact that he's outgoing and professional.

The Sunstone Apartments were the only place that I was able to rent at. When I moved in they only required a credit check and didn't require that I make 3 times the rent as a monthly income. This was the only apartment complex that I could find that offered this.
The maintenance workers at this apartment complex were also very nice and very quick to help with whatever you need. Whenever I would drive by or walk by they would wave at me or strike up a conversation and ask how I was doing

My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years. To be honest, this was the cheapest apartment we could find in the Riverside & Corona area, so it wasn't our first choice but we needed an apartment.
I don't recommend living here unless you are desperate as we were. The apartments are cheaply made. As soon as we moved in, the "hot" button on the kitchen sink faucet broke off. We found 2-3 roaches in our apartment. Luckily those Raid traps from Target seemed to take care of them.
The carpet was in poor condition when we moved in; it looked dirty and worn down in areas. The

Very bad management. We lived there for about a year and we asked for so many services which they did not attend to even though we ALWAYS paid our rent on time. After we left, they charged us more money over the deposit for damages we didn’t even do, in fact those damages were there before we had even moved in. I do not recommend this apartment for you but if you do, take lots of pictures before you move in and after you move out so they don’t try and trick you like they did with us.

This place was ok, but when I moved out I was mad because Veronica was smiling and cheerful as she was charging me almost 1000 dollars for a mistake she made. I came back to be responsible as I didn't receive my bill in the mail. And she told me they made a mistake and charged me almost 1000 dollars.

Avoid this place like the plague. Because in all honesty that's what this roach infested, price gouging, ignorant owning, pile of absolute filth that this place is. Spending a year at this vulgar environment has severely affected my health and sanity. The roaches are absolutely atrocious and a sever health hazard to anyone who wants to live here. Price gouging depending on race and age and unfair rates. Ignorant owners and managers who'd rather sit and eat a sandwich then rather help out with the horrid living conditions displayed here. The roaches were found in our boxes when we left this place

My wife and I moved in thinking it was a nice place to live. It seemed very secure and safe to walk my dog (which is a service animal) at night and be happy. the 1st thing wrong was that the remotes did not work for the front gate, no matter because the gate wasn't closed at night anyways. It was no big deal at first right, WRONG! the next thing that happened is that their pet policy. By law because I have a service dog I am can live with my dog which is a Pit Bull without paying a pet deposit. The 1st day one of the managers came running asking me if I knew someone there. I replyed I live here
