Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

When we moved in in October 2020, One of the leasing ladies really hyped up the apartment we were moving into bragging about how the last renter left in great condition ... The apartment had so many issues starting off my move-in checklist was very long. we initially requested maintenance because we could not hold water in our tub. Our drain also leaked constantly from the tub faucet. our one-year-old has been taking showers, not baths, since we moved in. I have left multiple messages for maintenance about this issue along with talking to the leasing office managers managers available at the time

My son just moved in and 4 days ago and the mirror on bathroom is still missing the shower rod was falling off the wall and they moved it and didn't patch the wholes from before and it's falling off again... the vent fan in the bathroom is hanging loose from the ceiling ... the plates under the burners in the kitchen are the wrong ones ... they sad stuff would be fixed right away and it's still not fix

Stone Lodge was my first (and second) apartment. When you're looking through ratings and reviews, please keep in mind that a different company owned Stone Lodge until February 2018 - and they were awesome! I loved my first 3.5 years there! (So, to whomever replied to a previous post and said happy residents don't leave reviews - false! I gave Towne Properties the credit they deserved when they owned this place.)
When they sold to ROCO, things immediately went downhill. Trash everywhere. The laundry facilities were a mess. Poor insulation (your A/C and heat will run nonstop). The pool never opened

Let's start with the positives: The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I've seen them, and if you have a maintenance emergency, they do respond quickly. For apartments in Columbus, it's affordable and I particularly love how much kitchen space you get for that price.

The grounds are pretty quiet so far. But I am disappointed. I've asked for repairs and maintenance time and time again in person and online and have receive blank stares and no response. But I don't like that people are aloud to smoke in front my my apartment building. The pool is disgusting and not even ready for the summer. The staff is lazy and only interested in rent payments. I wasn't given a laundry facility key when I moved in and still have yet to receive one (it's been 4 months). Someone stole my laundry bag out of the laundry facility while I was in the laundry room

I can support and can confirm that the negative reviews posted for this place are true. After just a few months, I have personally witnessed how bad the management company is. First of all, they didn't want to give me a copy of my lease and I had to request it several times until I got it. I had a good experience the first time I came to see the apartments with the previous company (NOT ROCCO) back in January 2018. I hadn't really realized Rocco had taken over when I started my lease. Hello , My name is Waled . I have been living here at Stone Lodge since 2016 and I honestly love it here . I have never had a problem as far as safety or service . Just recently my garbage disposal went out and I visited the office to inform them and I have to say Jenna the new manager was very welcoming , understanding , helpful and very professional and within less than 30 minutes she dispatched Jeffery the maintenance tech and he was at my apartment taking care of the problem . Jeffery was very professional and knowledgeable and the problem was resolved within less than an hour . The staff here

Live here for 13 months. This is/was the best apartment place ever. This community is very nice the maintenance is on point they come right out when you call. everything is fixed in a timely matter. The property manager is lovely and communication is on point letting you know what is going on every step of the way. Now finally my neighbors are amazing when I moved in the came and introduced themselves and even brought over food. The point is we are a young couple and everyone is very welcoming and they continued with the same behaviors until the sad goodbye. I would recommend and if I didn't have

I have lived at the Stone Lodge Apartments for a month now. When I toured the buildings I was told that I would not be able to smell anything if my neighbors smoked cigarettes. My apartment is filled with cigarette smoke anytime that my neighbor decides to smoke in their apartment. There are no smoke free buildings in this complex and I was told nothing could be done. I had to buy an air purifier machine for over a hundred dollars and nothing can combat the smell. All of my things now smell like smoke and I rarely want to be at home or have anyone over

I've been living at Stone Lodge for a year, I'm looking forward to signing a new lease with them. My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious I love all the amenities that's included. I haven't had any maintenance issues but a few that were handled the same or the next day! The grounds are always kept clean, the neighbors are friendly. All of the staff are nice and professional this is my second apartment I'm glad I chose to move here. I would definitely recommend Stone Lodge to anyone looking for an apartment. They have nice apartment at a reasonable price.

I lived in the Stone Lodge complex for the duration of my 6 month lease and the management was superb. 4 stars because the units being apart of a 3 story building and the foot steps of other tenants can easily be heard along with some conversation. Any issue I addressed was dealt with promptly and I was treated as if they wanted me to continue my stay. Quiet area aside from the freeway traffic. The actual unit I rented had new appliances as well which was a plus. Definitely will return if needed
