The Hills apartments and really allowed us to raise our children from birth to now 5 years later. Through good times and pandemic times they have always been understanding and willing to work with the residence. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone I care about! I absolutely Love it here it's soooo quiet and when you see the office ladies they are always so polite and sweet.

I’ve debated about writing a review simply because the management was extremely helpful, kind, & understanding. The 1stars go for them. I was ready to move in and before getting the keys I asked to see the apartment because I had seen reviews about roaches. That is my biggest no no. Mind you I am a very clean person. When I went and seen it I saw SO MANY tiny roaches and supposedly they had already done 1 pest treatment. I knew better than to put myself and my children in that kind of environment. We waited months for the apartment only for us to see the inhumane living conditions. I’m not

The roaches are a HUGE problems, but it was never just roaches it was ants too and GNATS. All summer long we suffered with gnats I’ll try to attach pictures of our gnat traps, they were so bad. Management was always nice to us, so was maintenance. We never had issues with them honestly, but the issues these apartments have were just too much. There was mold, lots of leaks, pest problems, neighbors are not the best, aggressive dogs in the community. Within a month of moving in the neighbors dog ran out his apartment door attempting to attack, the neighbor essentially stood there and did nothing

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
This are by far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. First off the pictures highly deceiving. The only word I could use to discribe them is raggedy. The streets & parking lot have huge pot holes which would definitely ruin your tires. The plumbing is ridiculous! There is an issue literally 2 times a week, at least. They never fully fix the issue only bandage it for a little. There is always a new maintenance guy & most of them don’t know what there are doing. Also they are infested with roaches!!! Do not move here!!! Save yourself the headache

I’ve lived here for about a couple months, and anytime I have any kind of problem the office responses quickly. Both of the maintenance men Xavier and Mario are so helpful and make sure to help me with everything. They’re both kind and make me feel comfortable with what they’re doing. I appreciate everyone here being able to help and respond when I need something.

The workers of these apartments are hard workers. They come to you’re needs and will assist you in every way possible. In all honesty they need a raise they work too hard in the heat and only get a little time for their lunch break. But overall the apartments are good and I see no problems with them at all

Worst apartments I have ever been in. I have contacted management several times on issues I am having. For starters, I have a possible leak in my home and I have only had one person come to see it and get an “estimate”. Never heard anything since and that was nearly two weeks ago! Took two weeks to even have someone come and take a look at it. Since new management, parking has been a BIG issue here that I have complained on a couple of occasions - yet again, no responses. There is nothing wrong with these apartments, great place to live. However, the people in the office are NOT dependable
