My wife and I lived here for 2 solid years before purchasing a home near the area. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts and loved the location right next to Stoney Lakeside Park. We were able to use the carport to store our 4 bikes, a kayak, paddleboard roof box and a vehicle. When we moved in, we had to wait a few weeks for our apartment to be renovated. It was so nice to move into a brand new apartment! We befriended a few of our neighbors and everyone else seemed to mind their own business. We really liked the property manager, Robin. She always had a smile on her face and if we needed anything,

We visited the beach with the kids. Let them hop in their kayaks and sent them out. Fairly relaxing evening spent together.

I've been going here for years. My dog and I love swimming (granted the waters clean) here and the dog park is nearby. The apartments themselves are ok. Nothing special.

I came into town to visit my dad for Father's Day last June, and the manager angrily harassed and questioned me before I entered the building about why I was there and who I was visiting, even though I had been buzzed in. I stopped by again this fall to drop off my 8 year old brother, who the manager sees often, but again she harassed and questioned me about why I was there before I entered the building (in front of him). Other than the manager, all the tenants staying here that I have met seem very friendly. I would absolutely not recommend renting here unless you want your family and guests to

Robin is completely irrational and harasses tenants and their guests relentlessly. She is constantly saying she’s calling the police for no reason other than you’re on the property. She harasses my sons for walking up and down the stairs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor! Or for warming up the car in the winter because the lights are on facing the building at 7am. Not sure what her God complex is but I filed a police report on her for harassment and am also following up with the owners. I’m getting the impression she has been doing this to a lot of tenants for a long time. Hoping more tenants
