I have sent in multiple emails, calls, and maintenance requests. They took 9 days to respond to my attempts at contact and 11 to even look at the issues. This is not an unusual process. The first email I ever sent to the property manager took her 5 days to respond.
They have not addressed growing mold and have neglected to fix a leak I have notified them of with multiple requests on several platforms. I sent emails, called the emergency line, called and left voicemails to the office, and am having no luck.
Wanted to add an update now that the new ownership is in place. Still incredibly difficult

I have lived at Meadow Ridge for just over a year, moved in right before Covid started. The manager has been amazing! As she currently has no maintenance staff she’s doing everything on her own, and things are getting done. She has gone above and beyond, even to the point of working on her “off” hours. She addresses questions and concerns promptly and to the best of her ability. Due to Covid, however, it’s been difficult to get to everything addressed and some things have to wait. I recently had a problem with my sliding door, because it’s a security issue it is being addressed immediately

This is my 1st time living in a apartment . I have been here almost 2 years and I think it great, you are close to all the stores, there are very nice people here also. Nicole is always available, which makes it nice if something does happen she right here ! She is always making the property look good ,even been there to help, so for my experience I think this is a great place to live.

Regret to share such a bad experience, but it needs to be said. We have lived at this Apt. for just over seven years now and are hoping not to have to renew our lease for several reasons. This complex is super old for the high prices and they are very small too. There is not enough parking especially if multiple people drive in the household. Does not help that I found out this area is crime filled and have had all five of my vehicles tampered with or broken into every year once or twice. We have lived here going on 4 years. There has been several managers here. We had an amazing one that got so much done and improved. She also got to know you and truly tried to take care of our needs. We have tried to be the best tenants we can be. She was let go and we have another new manager. We have recently moved into a studio apartment. The major complaint we have is our upstairs neighbor. There is constant noise from her and her dogs. She is disrespectful to us making known that she is being too loud.

The key does not work most of the time to get into the laundry facilities. The manager is aware of this & has known for over a month. The last time I was able to get in to put laundry in but not to switch it to the dryer. I called & the manager came down to let me in from inside. She told me that she had had a locksmith out. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed yet. 3 different tenants tried to get in tonight & couldn’t.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The management is constantly feeding misinformation to the tenants about late fees and the lease. Train crossing less than 300 feet from the apartments, busy interstate, and loud neighbors blasting music at midnight with thin walls make it impossible to get a good night rest. Yet they charge over $750 per month for a single small size apartment, with mold on the walls and windows.

Lived at meadowridge from 2013-2016. Maintenance was always prompt and willing to fix even minor things like batteries in the smoke detector or dishwasher not cleaning very good. That's huge because I have had landlords who don't want to fix anything.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 20 years....we have seen a lot of changes through the years....We recently got a new Manager and she is a real go getter....she and the maintenance man are trying real hard to clean things up here and make the Meadow Ridge Community a happy place to live for all that live here.....from what I have seen...she is a very hard worker and the times I needed to communicate with her because I had questions that needed to be answered....she was right there to help and she listened to what I had to say.....the manager and the maintenance man are doing a great

I've lived here for a while now I am hate it!! Not only are the apartments so cheaply made it needs a lo done to them and no matter how many complaints you put in it never gets done! We even got a new manager an now you can NEVER get ahold of her no matter how many times you call or leave a message! She is not professional and doesn't know anything about managing a facility despite her previous "experience" The maintenance man takes forever to show up to fix anything!! I don't mind the trains of drunk people but I do mind that people leave their garbage out by their doors

These apartments are extremely small and very old 90 percent of the units need updating seriously. the carpets are extremely worn out and the walls are not sheetrock they are ancient wood paneling that has been painted. the apartments smell of mildew. the paint is falling off of the buildings and there have been many serious apartment fires in the last year . tenants are loud until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. this is not a family oriented place.... however, the management is making improvements . vacated apartments are being updated. some exterior repairs have been initiated. they are dog friendly
