The Staff is the worst I have ever come across. They take forever to process an application then they don't return phone calls. They are rude and unprofessional. All the previous 1 start reviews are on point with the experience I've encountered. The staff actually called me back from her personal Cell phone like she was going to check me. Salima and Shaketa how every spell their names and the Property manager Dawn is trash...
Update the 5 star reviews are fake. I have contacted corporate also. The staff need to be replaced ASAP.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! I had the worst, most stressful experience trying to rent here and was met with the most disrespect I have truly ever encountered in my life. I was set up with “leasing agent” Devonne Simon (the reviews about her underneath me are all accurate and I should have listened). After not being the the most communicative with me and going back and fourth about “insufficient documentation” (I applied to another place and only uploaded two documents and that was enough to get approved), I asked to speak with the senior leasing agent, Nika. I walked in to view a two bedroom apartment, but I did not have an appointment. Instead of the man at the front desk being helpful, he gave me the worst attitude. BEWARE of this apartment complex as all you will get are headaches. Devonne Simon is the WORST, most unhelpful leasing "manager" I have ever encountered.
After being pre-approved for an apartment, I submitted all necessary documentation to the office on the 12th of August...crickets...After following up 3-4 times regarding elevator move-in time slots, I heard nothing back. Finally, on the 25th, after I had to call the office, I was told I was denied for the apartment due to "insufficient documentation" even though I submitted all required documents and passed a background and credit check with

If i could give 0 stars i would. I literally got a Yelp to write this review. This cursed place has by far been the worst and most confusing experience renting an apartment I've ever have. They had me speak to 3 different people who gave me 3 different prices and lease agreements. They tried to sneak in extra money for my rent which I openly told them the price was not correct that they gave me- after the third time what was supposed to be a half months rent of a deposit turned into a full month - MIND you they sent me all of this 3 days prior to my move-in date. In particular I'd like to put here the name of Saliyma (the office member) who doesn't do the job properly!!!
She just takes forever to do the documents and after just letting it go with the wind. Do not listen to her words. Whatever she said, she doesn't mean it. If she mentioned that the documents passed to the manager (Devonnee) that's a complete lie.
After that, the manager shows up and starts to do all your application ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!! She gave apologies for unprofessional stuff, but ended up

I would move if I could get out of my lease. The quality of people here is not worth the price. Between people jumping off the balcony killing themselves high on drugs, residents stabbing one another, and music blaring through all hours of the night, there’s always something going on in this building. When I first moved into the building I felt very safe with the security guard they had present and 24 hour concierge. 2 weeks after moving in they let the security guard go and reduced the front desks hours. The emergency number to call doesn’t even work if you have an issue after hours. A lot

ORIGINAL, 2 stars: Really nice building and amenities, but recently changed all leasing office staff. New staff doesn’t respond to requests and turned off online payment. Seems like this place is going downhill.
UPDATE, 1 star: Accessibility buttons around the building are failing, and staff is doing nothing about it. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time. New staff clearly cannot operate the systems in place to manage the property. New staff also does not respond to inquiries. New staff is incredibly punitive and will not work with you. I was one of the first residents to move into the building back in May, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It has been great to watch the community grow over the past few months as the building has gotten quite lively. The building staff have been fantastic, and have been extremely helpful with any issues that were encountered. Derek is hands down the best property manager I have ever had, and is always available to assist when needed. I moved in back in May and was one of the first few residences in 301M. Prior to moving in the leasing team, especially Katherin, were very accommodating and met with me multiple times to show me the different units. They even held a few units until I made a final decision. The staff have been really helpful with anything I need and are very friendly. It's really made this place feel like home.
