We are new to the building and can not thank Chris from maintenance enough for helping with our move! He has helped us install our fan, light fixtures, heavy mirrors, and our living room TV. Every time we ask for his help, he has been so nice and happy to lend his helping hand. And he is quick and thorough!

Definitely recommend.

I lived here for two years and recently relocated to the South Bay.
Pro:
+Storage space inside the apartment
+Plenty of parking
+layout - large , open
+amenities pool, gym and cafe
+friendly staff
+excellent maintenance
+safety - Community & complex
+convenience to restaurants & freeways
+sound proof - lived next to freeway

Cons:
-Ventilation in the bathrooms /rooms (had windows but we lived next to a freeway )
- trash in the stairwells
-walk-in entrance near freeway smells of dog feces all the time
- broken door handles in common spaces (started happening in my second year living

I have been living her for over a year now and never really had a good experience with Bridgette (not sure if this is how it is spelled) but today was the icing on the cake. I won't go into detail just know the three words I would use to describe her is lazy, unhelpful, and rude! and not any order! Can't wait for my lease to be up!

Ongoing issue with neighbors smoking in unit--no smoking building--for over 2 years and lease not being enforced. The smoke/fumes are causing me health issues. Management is acting as though I am the problem.

Toured the Aria Apartments this morning with the help of Bridgette. She was super helpful with showing me around all the available apartments and giving her input whenever I had any questions. I was really indecisive between two apartments and she took the time to show them to me multiple times and was so patient. She also took the time to look for another available apartment that was a bit less in price and walked me through it as well in case I was interested. This was my first ever apartment tour and she made the process so easy.

My husband and I lived here for a year. Atrocious experience. First of all, my husband's car got broken into with the passenger window smashed. The entire building fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3-4 times. Didn't shut off for 20 minutes. The hot water in the shower wouldn't even work sometimes. Plus, when we moved out, they tacked on all the charges they could in order to take all of the security deposit. All of this for the exorbitant rent prices we paid. Don't walk. Run.

Please hire full-time security— they are too many reoccurring incidents happening here to not invest in security and help take action for tenants.

I would recommend the Aria Apartments. When issues arise I reach out to the staff and get answers to my questions. Recently, my washer and dryer went out and the new maintenance supervisor worked for hours to fix it. Thanks Aria for making this a beautiful living situation.

Security Issues!!! Really understand what you're getting into before moving in ... I've lived here for a few years now. But over the past year it's gone downhill fast. I walked out of my apartment this morning to a homeless person sleeping in the hallway. This place advertises as a luxury secure apartment complex with gated parking and key fob entry. This hasn't been the first time I've come across people that didn't live here or trying to get access. I've had to call the offsite security often. However when I called this morning to alert the leasing office and Contact us form through the Aria

Beware before you sign your lease. Security issues are never addressed or resolved. Between the constant car break ins, stolen packages, having to call the off site security number to come assist you with a belligerent person in the hallway to a homeless person sleeping in the halls.

Tbh. I came into Aria as a a place to kill time and window shop before hitting a potential stay. Walked in just to see how this beautiful place looks like. I met a lady name Mayra. When I tell you she was the best. She sure was. She welcomed me with awesome smile and a nice feeling of TLC. I walked out a few one bed/2 bed and was in awww. I was that guy like. No. Do not do this and go see the other potential spot. The other spots was lot of sq. Footage. Cheaper. More bang for the buck. Long story short. Everything is cool, only their new receptionist who just recently came is very partial and taunt. I don't know she only did this with me and my family or other people also. I think that as we are Asians, that's why she was like that with us. But i only wanna say we are paying rent and you are there because of us so don't be oversmart.

I love coming here. Such a great environment to work in. Very beautiful and great residents.

Alice is the best and nicest leasing agent we have ever dealt with! She is so friendly and one of the biggest reasons we loved living at Aria apartments. From the beginning she was so helpful to us whenever we had any concerns or issues, and she helped us out twice in a HUGE way when we had some very inconsiderate neighbors and also when it came time to renew our lease. She went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to make sure that we were happy and having a great living experience at Aria. Great place to live. Good community, great staff. Amenities are the best.

Resort style living with all the amenities and within walking distance of just about everything you could need.

5-STAR RECOMMENDATION: This apartment offers very nice and varied amenities. The customer service is also nice. It is very close to many of the restaurants and shops in “Little India” (part of Pioneer Boulevard).

Awesome Apartment Homes , centralized AC, pool, gym, karaoke room, activity/function room and more, highly recommended! Very pricey !

This place honestly surprised me how they made it so clean and ambient. The lounge and the gym are so convinient. Such a pretty apartment

The Property Manager Ryan was very helpful and made sure I stayed inform during the application process. I moved in late September and have not regretted my decision since. I would recommend these apartments to anyone relocating to the area as the property is very close to freeway access and the Cerritos Towne Center
