If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t. Mold all over the place, poorly built counters/cabinets that are falling apart and a poor maintenance crew that do a subpar job every time. Walls are so thin you can hear almost every conversation from the next apartment. I find at least one huge cockroach in my dishwasher every week. Tiny ants all over the kitchen no matter how many traps I place. Not to mention the constant water shut offs. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to settle down, this is definitely not it.

I recently moved here at Casa La Palma with my 3 boys and we love it here . I had the most incredible experience during my application process , Sofia the manager is very professional very polite she is just great , also I got to meet Lori very professional lady and polite , Neighbors also very nice I love that my sons schools are very close to my home .I highly recommended this place .

Out of all the apartments I've toured and seen this has been the worst one yet... let's start with I called and asked for information they notified me they had a 2 bed 1 bath open if I'd like to come apply for it I have to give a holding fee which it seemed kind of odd that I have to give a holding fee on an apartment I haven't seen yet so the day I went down to apply for the apartment I asked to see the unit which was empty but just not ready, so when I asked to see the unit I was denied and was told by the assistant property manager don't Worry we will make it look very

First, I'd like to state that I've lived here for over 7 years now. This has been my favorite place to live by far. I know that availability is really rare here but to be honest it's because it has to be one of the best places to live so no one ever wants to leave. Don't get discourage if you try to reach out and there's no openings if you communicate with the manager Sofia, she is quite seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. She will keep you in mind and recommend when it's moving season and you just have to be consistent

Well I'm reading good things about the place, and yes the place is really nice, but the Manager Sofia I'm so sorry my language, but she is a very rude person I will say the most rude manager I've ever seen!!!!!!!
I called about and application and I asked her about what documents do I need and she responded to me:

My mom and I moved in 18 years ago, I'm older now so I've moved out now but visit her and my little brother with my 2 babies when we can, and I watch my brother for her, although the location is good, the management there is very rude, disrespectful, and have power trips especially Ortentcia the general manager , it's like pulling teeth for my mom to get anything fixed or replaced in her home, while babysitting my lil bro I took my babies swimming, she comes out and asks me if I live there when she clearly knows who I am , I said no I'm watching my brother, she said if my mom isn't out there with

I have lived at Casa La Palma for almost two years. The environment is absolutely great!!. I am so grateful to be able to share this complement, with the staff and specially the owner. Specially the owner needs to know that his team is doing an excellent job by maintaining this complex in great condition , always super clean and safe. I truly believe that Casa La Palma is an amazing place to live. The maintenance guys are absolutely friendly, they always have a smile for me and my girls, super handy and respectful. If your looking for a safe and convenient place to live Casa La Palma is the perfect place. It is very well kept and the location of it is great. The staff is very polite and always there when you need them. It is also very family friendly and all the neighbors are great. I definitely suggest this place to everyone.

This is an excellent place to live, the manager and maintenance are awesome whenever we have an problem they are there ASAP.Also I can have my 2 kids play outside with no worries because there is amazing security here.Lastly the rent is so cheap. My sister has an 1 bedroom apartment and I have a 2 bedroom apartment and we pay the same rent!

This apartment is so gooood!
I have 3 kids...They can play in front of my room in the playground very safely!! Also we can walk to school 5-8minute with my kids. Additionally, when something wrong and need to fix, my manager and technician help us as soon as possible.
Most of all the rent fee is cheeper than any other apt. Our family likes this Casa La palma APt.

Sofia is the best! Always attentive to resident needs and makes you feel welcomed. I have seen staff come and go on this property, Sofia has remained so that says a lot about her. She has the sweetest most caring heart. This review doesn't do any justice to how great she is! Anyway... The property is well kept, maintenance is usually on top of things.
