Tal, his wife and the Avalon team are outstanding property managers! We have been using them for over 4 years and it has truly been an excellent experience and very much stress free. The knowledge their team has, is above and beyond, they cover anything and everything you could never think of. They ensure you are protected, along with the tenant. Very unprofessional🚩 they charge you money to move out.we Moved into one of their properties, payed a early termination fee and deposit and first month's rent and within that 1 month they sent us a letter say ing we had to be out within 60 days. And they knew that the property was going up for sale before we moved in.they could have told us that this house was going to be for sale before they rented it out to us. 🚩 They clearly take advantage of poor black people. 🚩🚩. They should be called the (((money hungry Management group))

While we initially only planned to stay in our rental for about 2 years, we ended up extending the lease multiple times & Avalon was a huge reason why! We could not have asked for any more from them during our 5 years as their tenants! The response times on maintenance requests was always minimal & the contractors they use were great as well. Highly recommend.
