In the past year or so our property is looking a lot better. The garbage is being picked up instead of it every where on the ground. Security is pro active. and looks like the neighborhood is starting to get cleaned up. thank you.

Have seen many improvements at these apartments during our year here! Management is always very amenable and easy to work with which helps make up for some of the issues surrounding the complex as others have mentioned (garbage/dumping problems) . Any maintenance our apartment has ever needed has been tended to in a timely manner and taken care of well. Looking forward to seeing continued improvements in the following year!

The Washing machine broke over 1 month ago and they still haven’t fixed it , the pool never opens , and people throw trash everywhere

All the garbage laying around everywhere is disgusting. It's in parking areas, walkways, balconies overflowing with it. Won't let anyone I know go there.

Ridiculously distugsting sad that the tenants dont have more respect for their own families to clean it up and not throw litter around their own house ! But hey what do you expect but snorts from pigs.?

First review I have ever given in my life and I must say I have never lived in such a disgusting ridiculous place. The porches literally fall off, the kids run the streets placing dead rats on your porch steps, the pool has never worked, issues in my apartment are never tended to... smh. They have the nerve to up your rent at luxury living prices every lease renewal but don’t even get your lease renewal letters to you in a normal timely manner. Literally expecting you to be ok with the fact that you either pay the crazy insane amount for the renewal prices or move out after they only gave you

Road into here is severely trashed, seriously don't know how my buddy pays 1500 for a 3 bedroom here. Would it kill the complex to coordinate better with the city or the surrounding residents to help with cleaning up? Security rolls thru every 20 mins but that's the only thing decent this place has going for it.

If you like slums, then this is the place for you. These apartments have an extremely bad cockroach problem, so if ya want a clean place to stay, look elsewhere.

The place would be well priced, if only they cared about their residents.
Kids beating each other, parents don't do anything. They don't follow up on maintenance and repairs needed. The pool is obscenely small and not made available. Garbage all over. But their office is immaculate. Gotta keep up appearances!
