UPDATE: I was A terrible tenant because I got on true abundance to fix issues I had?. Instead of doing so you started charging me fines?. That's hilarious. Then you wonder why I got aggressive over the phone. You ignore emails, texts & calls. I even brought up the lease agreement on multiple issues in the FINE PRINT. They got ignored. As I stated before LAZY & TERRIBLE COMPANY.

We rented with true abundance for a year. They got us in the house we wanted even with our iffy rent history. Michele was always communicative the entire time we rented from them and handled maintenance issues efficiently. After reading reviews on Google we were nervous about receiving our deposit back, but because we took care of the house and paid our bills on time we just got our deposit back in full. I've never had anything close happen in my prior experience renting. We would not hesitate to do buisness with these folks in the future.

Rented one of their properties from January 2020-February 2021 and I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews. In December of 2019, I accepted a position in Colorado and needed to find a place before February. Most of the places available in Greeley were not staying on the market for very long - needless to say I was very urgent on finding a place fast. I explained my situation to Diane, and she seemed very unsympathetic. They wanted an application fee of $50 to pay for the background check and would only take it via mail or drop off at their office. I was still in Missouri at the time

I scheduled a viewing at their Denver St address, and I loved the apartment, although when I warned them about my credit, I was informed by the guy showing me the place that if I was unqualified in a particular area, like the credit score, they'll more than likely make an exception as long as it was that and nothing else, such as a criminal background or eviction history to add onto it. These a-holes tricked me into paying the application fee, and then, I informed the lady (that ran my hard credit check) what he told me, she quickly and firmly replied, "Nope!"" They're liars and greedy over $50

The absolute worst landlords I have ever worked with. They will try to falsely blame you for ruining their properties to just steal money from you because they think they can get away with it. The most rude unprofessional people you will work with. The only nice people are the people working the front desk when you walk in. DO NOT RENT from them. Take pictures of EVERYTHING if you do so you don't try to steal money from you too. They will ignore you if they did something wrong and they know it.

UPDATE: They said they were going to mail us our money back for the application fees, well that was two weeks ago and we still have never received our money. Now they wont respond to us at all. These people are crooked and I would HIGHLY advise anyone interested in dealing either them to please rethink it. Trust me, it will be one of the biggest mistakes you will ever make and will regret it 100%!!!

They promised they would fix my mailbox when I moved in, and then ignored my constant complaints that it had not been fixed for 6 months, my packages were left unsecured and I did have a piece of mail stolen during that time. It wasn't until my toilet broke and I threatened to sue them that they fixed anything. They fixed the toilet and mailbox that very day proving they could have done it at any point. When I moved out they told me if I cleaned the place I wouldn't have to pay a cleaning fee, I cleaned it for hours and was still charged $100 for a cleaning fee. When I moved in the place looked

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I've never experienced a more unprofessional, inconvenient, or shady company. This company is only open from 9-2 so it's next to impossible to ever get a hold of them. They do NOT follow business ethics. They love to do things under the table and keep you in the dark about everything. When returning my security deposit they sent a check for over $1,000, in my name, to the property that I HAD ALREADY MOVED OUT OF. They literally returned the security deposit of that property and sent it to the property knowing I didn't live there anymore. I can not understand

Do not rent from these people if you can help it they don't respond to service calls in a timely manner if at all unless they want money from you then they're sure to call and leave nasty unprofessional messages or notices they also charged me a double deposit to move in and they try to bully you into paying fees

I rented from them for just over two years. I never had a problem with them however the owner and maintenance men are another story. The maintenance men went through my personal stuff while they were there they are not to be trusted and the apartment began to get mold I have the pictures to prove it. They maintenance men cleaned it send told me if I kept any furniture against the walls I was going to be charged 110 because the mold was my fault. I have picture of how bad it got. Then I had the apartment professionally cleaned and carpets cleaned and I have many picture's of this to from when

I will be speaking with my lawyer about the very rude and unprofessional way that Karen handled my husband and I wanting to rent a property from her. My former landlord had a problem with me for having my handicapped mother come over and started yelling at her about how she was unwelcome due to her mental disabilities after her assault. Karen had never walked my husband or I through the application for rent and had stated that she would try to charge us for a double deposit due to there not being any rental history. This company will try to scam you out of every dollar you have. They do not follow standard business ethics nor do they care to. They are horribly rude, have no follow through on their word, and do not care about their renters.
They are impossible to get a hold of and no person in that office communicates what needs to be communicated.
They will ask you during the application process for a certain amount of money to perform a background check, however, I have doubts that they actually order a background check due to the neighbors I ran into while renting from them.
