I’ve lived here for about 9 months, it has been amazing! We of course would rather live in a house, but this apartment has treated us well so far. They management payed for the paint for us so we could apply a fresh coat of paint to our whole apartment (it was way to dark of a color for us)! Everyone here is super friendly and after we initially came to look at the apartments available, we were in the one we wanted within a week!

The lady, the pooch and I lived here for two years and it was great! The condos are very nice and they are reasonably priced.
The staff was always very polite and they took care of any issues in a short time. The dog area was always well kept and it was really nice being so close to the park and lake.

I've lived here for about 5 years. During this time, I've had several very bad experiences. The worst being that this was supposed to be a pet friendly place. Recently I lost my Molly. She was my dog ... not only my dog but my best friend. She was in exceptional health until there were chemicals used to kill the insects here. Those chemicals were NOT pet friendly and killed my Molly. Molly was a precious Golden Doodle worth $1300. To me, she was worth much more than that. I spent over $1000.00 trying to save her life. She suffered for 3 days. The vet was certain of what took her life ... the chemicals
