Our current tenants have a December through January time frame to let us know if they would like to renew their lease for the next school year. Please check back often from mid-December through January! Been living here for almost 3 years now and I love it! They are always so quick to respond and respectful. The guy that does our maintenance is always friendly and quick! The online portal is also very easy to use and convenient to pay rent or put in maintenance request. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the Greeley area

Great place to rent from! Their units are very clean and always up to date. I've rented from many companies before and they are always falling apart and just bandaged up to hide the mess. I also like that their grass and yards are always well maintained, most rental properties are just dirt and look trashy. Over all they take great care of their properties inside and out and I highly recommend them, also very fair on prices!
