His House Property Management (Daniel) is an amazing example of a professional who will go far above and beyond to take care of his client! I do not think I could have succeeded in the sale of my home with a typical real estate agent experience. I was out of state and Daniel not only went in last minute to ensure we successfully got to the closing table, he meticulously ensured we were ready for sale so we had no deal breaker hiccups once we went under contract. Daniel was also extremely equitable and fair in helping me make sound decisions on how to navigate to a comfortable place with final inspection

Daniel did a fantastic job marketing our rental. He took fabulous pictures and video to market the property. He found a very qualified applicant in just a few hours of listing the property. ( We had multiple applicants in a very short period of time). Since leasing the property they have been very responsive to our questions, and feel like our rental home is in good hands.

I contacted His House to inquire about a property we were considering purchasing and whether they could assist with renting it out temporarily. Since we were only looking to rent for a short period of time, it was not something that fits their business model, which I completely understand.
None the less, Daniel offered to run an analysis on the property free of charge. Within an hour, he sent me a document which listed comparable properties, likely rental value in the current market, and more.

My partner and I are renting a property and Daniel and Chris have been wonderful to work with. We needed some maintenance performed in the bathroom and they responded the following day that they were sending someone out. Any questions that we had when we were moving in were answered either that day or the following. They also perform what seems to be annual maintenance to their properties to ensure minimal issues. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a property of theirs.

I worked with Daniel to find a smaller home for myself since I am now retired and he helped me successfully get the perfect place for me. Then I had the monumental task of getting my larger home ready for sale that I had lived in for 20 years. Daniel was helpful and encouraging and his patience and kindness to me as a senior making this difficult transition was outstanding. I really could not have done this task without his help and expertise. He is amazing and his knowledge of real estate is awesome.
