Michele has been my real estate agent for about 4 years now in Northern Colorado. I first rented a house through Michele in Loveland and after a year, Michele helped me purchase a home in South Loveland. Michele was very patient and helpful when looking for the perfect house in my price range and location I wanted.

I had the pleasure of renting from Facilities Unlimited for 3 years. Michele and Mindy are very professional and understanding. I have nothing but good to say about them both, they are very easy to work with. Unfortunately the owner decided to sell the house we were renting and we had to move on. I can definitely say I miss them after dealing with my current management company. I highly recommend Facilities Unlimited to anyone looking for a place to rent!

We just ended our 10 year rental relationship with Michelle and her Facilities Unlimited team. They were fantastic! Great response times, clear and timely communication. Realistic expectations. We always felt fairly treated and listened to and never had to worry about overbearing or obtrusive behavior. Bi-yearly inspections were professional and courteous, as was the scheduling of basic maintenance for the sprinklers and HVAC system. If you are looking for a rental property in the NOCO or Cheyenne area I would strongly recommend and endorse Facilities Unlimited.

Overall our experience with Facilities Unlimited was fine but not great. My biggest complaint was their slow response to a leak. We had a water dripping from the ceiling and it took them two weeks to even have someone take a look at it. Then another two weeks to get it fixed. There was also a little bit of work on the property that was supposed to be done before we moved in but didn't get finished until more than a month after we had moved. Michele and Mindy were nice to work with but didn't seem to have any urgency to get things done in a reasonable time frame.

This organization is fraudulent at best. After having the house professionally cleaned and carpets cleaned by a reputable local company Facilites Unlimited held back $600 from my deposit for these services. This was after hard receipts were provided. Avoid this organization, they will fabricate any and every reason to keep your deposit.

I'd be careful as a property owner using this company. As a neighbor to one of the properties they maintenance I have found their very poor at their job and are pushing a very costly , very avoidable situation on to the homeowners insurance claim. Over something a simple maintenance man could take care of in rectify. If they treat one property like this it's very likely they can treat others like this as well. Simple issue of trimming branches that grow every year into the alleyway. Apparently the cost to maintain this is too expensive and they would rather claims be brought against the property
