Best property management in the area, hands down! 2 years with them and we had no problems. Very prompt with maintenance as well! So far...this has been a beautiful experience. I was able to move in the day after looking at my place. I've been here 30 days. Brand new property for them, and they have been quick and professional about tending to matters that have needed some attention. As said in a previous post, COMMUNICATE with them about everything and all should go well. Thanks to all of you there for what you do and for a place to call my humble little abode!

Big Bear was the first and only place in Greeley that I have rented from that I would recommend to others. The staff is amazing and very communicative which has been more than helpful through Covid. They make everything from paying rent to any needed maintenance a very easy process. Harold (my favorite maintenance man) is the best and always responds quickly and gets the job done in the most convenient way for the tenants. They have several properties on and very close to campus- so chances are they have a place for you!

The team at Big Bear are great! Communication is never a problem and they work quickly to get maintenance needs fixed. Having a good management company during COVID helped me a lot. Other experiences I had during my time at UNC were no where near as good as my time staying in a Big Bear property. I would recommend this company for college students and families that are looking for affordable housing in the Northern Colorado area.

So after my initial review ( you can see it below) things changed and I can say they completely changed my view. Got a call from Kim, (the broker) and talked with us what happened. We are having them manage our property. We all make mistakes and I like how they took care of it, I’m sure they will do great with our property.
Initial review: We called 2 weeks ago to ask for their services and do the property management for our property, they said they were taking new clients and that they would send all their info and what we needed to become their clients.

As long as you communicate and work with them, they will do everything in their power to make your living situation as easy and pleasant as possible. When I moved out, pre-COVID, when affordable apartments were a super hot property in Fort Collins and always rented immediately, Kim made me a generous offer of a rent rebate if I cleaned my place enough for her to show it right away and get it rented before having it professionally cleaned. I held up my end of the deal and so did she - I received my rent rebate plus my security deposit, minus a few minor repairs that were legit, in a very reasonable amount of time. In fact, of all the places I've ever rented, that was the first time I've ever received my security deposit back without a hassle

I rented from Big Bear for a year and never had any bad experiences! The property itself was beautiful, Kim and the rest of the management team were very nice and quick to respond when contacted, and they were fair when it came to returning my security deposit. One of the few positive rental experiences I've had where the property management isn't trying to gut you for money whenever they can and instead treat you like actual people. The maintenance issues that came up were resolved quite quickly as well.
