I’ve lived here for a few months now and I really enjoy it! The experience and rent is much better than the nearby student housing which I previously lived in. Leasing staff are always quick to answer the phone and have been kind and helpful each time I have questions. There is plenty of parking which is nice. I never hear my neighbors which I know is a common complaint in other complexs. My first complaint is that it takes service worker staff sometimes multiple days up to a week to complete maintenance requests. My second complaint is that the gates sometimes do not shut at night which leaves

Rent is going up by 600$ to 1050$ for a 2 bedroom apartment! and I currently pay 1353$ you do the math. im shocked at the audacity these people have. if that's not ripping people off idk what it is then but it just shows how black hearted these greedy people are especially during a pandemic. its very sickening. I will be moving out soon and you guys will lose a resident that has lived here 5+ yrs.

I lowered the rating for multiple reasons. Apart from KC and Shannon, no one resolves your problem in the leasing office, and the first answer is no, they can't do it. The whole point of paying them is to get the service, but they don't get the sense of urgency. Also, no one cleans the pool or the society. They do cleaning once a year, just before the renting season. If you are studying in USF, then rent it; else would not recommend it.

I would give this place, their staff and the process a 10/5 if I could. My apartment search was horrible, but when I found Oak Ramble- it was like no other complex. Everything is so well kept, Mariana was EXTREMELY helpful from beginning of the process right up until the day I moved in. Everyone staff wise is super friendly and welcoming. I have 0 complaints about this complex! If you're looking for a sign to move here, this is it!

Beware of hidden fees!
So far I've been charged
-$400 because my car got towed
-$1200 for moving out - this is after letting them know a month early that I would be leaving after my lease ends
Also, the fitness center is tiny and old, not up to par with local apartments. There is an insect problem - I've had cockroaches in my bathroom and ants in the sink. Overflowing dumpsters. No bathroom access near the pool- isn't that a health hazard? Finally, the staff is very quick to say sorry and will never actually accommodate tenants- just "the computer will see".

This has been, by far, the best place I've ever lived. Lived here for just over a year. The office staff was always responsive, transparent, and very helpful. When I got orders to move to the other side of the country, they swiftly and timely helped my wife and I make sure everything was put in that needed to be for moving out.
Maintenance and pest control always courteous and respectful, and neighbors always dropped off misplaced mail.
This is an absolutely great starter apartment for the young adults looking to give their hand to the adulting life. Can never recommend this community enough

The overall building and apartments are nice and clean. Management is friendly and gets to know each resident. Maintence are relatively quick in responding to calls. The. Down side is most people use the gate off of skipper and it usually causes a back up cause they either forgot their card or people who are suppose to let them in won’t.

I have been here for a very short time. I find my neighbors to be very hospitable, helpful and friendly.
The staff has been prompt in their responses to my inquiries. They, too, are very attentive, friendly and try to help you in an expedient and timely manner.
I would have given a 5-star rating comma however comma there are still many small issues regarding the walk- in that still need attention. The washer and dryer that was brought over to my unit , the washer does not drain completely causing a prolonged (3hour) drying.
It's a scenic place to live. The pool areas are like little gardens

It is sad it had to end this way, Oak Ramble. Our lease is up soon, and we had been considering other options. Our recent annoyance just solidified our thoughts of leaving. Emilio M. just got a car. The complex recently implemented a policy of having a resident parking sticker, or parking in a marked visitor space. Well, he got the car and we didn't get home until after the leasing was closed, and the visitor spots were filled. It should be fine until the office opens in the morning, right? Wrong! I have been living in Oak Ramble Apartments for over two years, their a lot of problems in this complex
1. Apartments are old with old appliances, yes they have up graded apartments, all they do is paint the cabinets counter tops and put down plastic flooring tubs toilets are old and charge top dollar for rent cheapest quality
2. Serious issues with sewage system backs up in the 1st floor apartments I know this for a fact. When the sewage backs up it comes up threw the parking lot under the buildings next to the pool near the Bruce B Downs entrance.
3. Homeless people live in the pool areas
