Wish I could give 0 stars. I live here and can say that the area and the price do not line up even slightly. My car window is shattered and my car was broken into last night along with at least 6 others that I know of in the same lot. The police officer I spoke to informed me that this is an “ONGOING PROBLEM HERE” yet there are no cameras on any of the buildings and no gate with a code for safety. Next year the rent will be raised by $400 dollars yet nothing has been done to improve this complex. How are they getting away with charging $1800 a month in a bad part of town? Besides that, move

The pool is very nice, there is a reserve walking distance. The management are nice and respond quickly. The trash dumpster gets really nasty, people are nasty here. Smells like weed sometimes.
But other than that, there is a walmart 5 minutes, close to downtown and USF. There is lots of parking and little of visitor parking. I would recommend living here if you are in a budget. People are nice here that work here and are patience. They respond quickly if there is any problem.

Our entire building had a cockroach infestation. The management decided to take care of it by giving 48 hours notice to make us move out all our kitchen stuff as well as bathroom and closet for fumigation. The fumigation didn’t even work and we kept seeing cockroaches. When we moved out, the charged us $650 to replace the entire carpet (which we documented had stains and a disgusting crunchy texture when we moved in) even though we hadn’t added visible stains to it. Raw sewage leaked out of the drains in the parking lot many times while I lived there. All my neighbors had similar horror stories

If you want to have friends or family ever visit you, do not move here, the parking system here is terrible with only having about 60 visitors spots in a complex with over 400 residents, the commtow service that they have will tow WITHOUT even warning or question and if all the spots (which there are very little of) are full they will tell you too bad and not give you any sort of accommodation or help whatsoever and have your guests leave no matter who it is (for me it was my grandmother I hadn’t seen in a year), and as far as I know neither will the staff. It’s also a 250$ fine for anyone

Serenity & Peace - That is what you will get if you decide to move here. This complex is close to everything, yet its away from the main roads. Its very quiet here. Alicia and Shannon are extremely helpful and willing to resolve every issue you encounter. The apartments are a perfect size with washer and dryer. You cant beat that ! I also have amazing neighbors. I have no complaints living here.

We took a chance on this complex without seeing it when we moved in January 2021 from Michigan, and have had positive experiences across the board. Communicating with the leasing office across the country and getting everything in line was very easy. They promptly get back to us even after moving in, quick maintenance turnaround, and the apartment was very clean when we moved in. Additionally they host regular events which are fun!

I absolutely love living here. I’ve had all of two maintenance requests since I moved in a year ago, and both were responded to within the next day. I put in a service request in the middle of the night last night, for my AC and it was the first thing taken care of this morning by the maintenance staff - who was wonderful and professional I might… add. They’ve improved the dog park and are always extremely pleasant in the office. I love the updated apartment and cannot thank the office and maintenance staff enough. My bf may be getting a unit of his own since being at my place

INFESTED INFESTED INFESTED. I hate to post a bad review, but it seems the only way I can get attention besides when they let me know when I owe rent. I have been here over a year now, and I am not impressed. My rent increased immensely, and the service did not. There are ROACHES infesting my apartment. I have requested 3 times to get pest control,… but no one have completed it... It's been over 5 months since I've been infested, and unfortunately I had to come out of my pocket to alleviate the problem in my unit. I will not be renewing here, and I sure hope they fix their bug issue before
