You know these apartments use to be really nice now it seems like they are just letting ANYBODY move in here! I won’t make this an all around bad review though. But yes, you have a couple of good neighbors and then you have the trashy unkept ones who let their children do whatever!
Parking: horrible
Maintenance: very professional and respond quickly
Office staff: can be rude at times
Apartment (inside): very nice, well my unit at least
Apartments(outside) look run down especially when the trash is full and all over the ground

We used to live at the Stone Creek Apartment community before moving to be closer to a new job in St Petersburg. We missed it so much that when we had the opportunity to move back, we jumped at the chance.
Nichole Finney, the Assistant Property Manager and Amanda, the Property Manager, are excellent agents that represent the TM Realty Services brandname very well and help to maintain its distinguished reputation.
Nichole, who handled our application, was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She is friendly yet professional; accommodating yet not a push-over; In a well-balanced approach

If I can give this place 0stars I would. This has been by far the worse apartment complex I’ve lived at in Tampa,Fl. I have been living here for 7months now and I have yet to just 3days of peace without hearing banging and stomping in the unit above me. I have expressed concerns to the office manager which I get redirected to the property manager, of which is only around maybe twice a week. I have requested for the corporate office contact number 4times and have yet to get a response back let a lone a number. My sleeping habits has changed. I mentioned to NICOLE the office manager that I have

I will say the apartments are nice. It's is due to management that I don't recommend. Here are issued that I have .
I was not informed that there is an additional fee to use the amenities that they advertise.
I was told that there is security in the units but when I moved in there wasn't.
Wasn't told my mailbox # until I advised the office that my key doesn't work.
Found out from neighbor that you need a car tag from office or I could get towed. So I had to inquire with office about getting a tag that should have been supplied when I moved in.

I lived here about a year and left for work a few months ago. This place is great, I had no issues. Whenever there was a problem (like a leak), my roommate was mostly the one checking with maintenance to have it resolved, which was prompt. I only remember having 2 problems like that which were fixed. Place has gym, pool, close to USF/Publix and stores, decent rent. Nice looking place, surround by woods, canal, ducks wondering around. On my lighter days, could go for a walk/bike ride, nice surrounding area. I lived in cheaper places which I could not stand before I ended up here. Staff responsive

We've lived here for over 4 months, and the hot tub has been out of service the entire time. It's surrounded by yellow caution tape and orange cones, which really distracts from the otherwise nice pool area.
We do like the location, the amount of trees, and it's pretty quiet. Some neighbors leave trash filled bags in front of dumpsters instead of putting them in the dumpsters, maybe because their kids take out the trash as a chore but can't reach the dumpster lids, idk. The ellipticals in the work out room are broken. Maintenance comes out to the apartment within a day or so of a work order, so

Please avoid this place. We lived there for 2 plus years (Feb. 2017-Aug. 2019) while trying to buy a home. It all started when I moved in, within three days I had welts over my arms and face. Turns out it was bed bugs they had me wash all my items and not be there for a total of about a month due to the treatment and me just not feeling safe until it was all clear. First they tried to blame me but the pest control told them they were there way before I moved in. I asked them for compensation on my not living there for about a month, the expense of washing everything & throwing away an air mattress

Been living here for 5 years. The apartments themselves are awesome. Nice big rooms & comfortable. The area could be quieter. They literally always have some type of construction going on which wakes you up or blocks your car in somehow. There are never any spots to park and if so then there very far from your apartment. The ceilings are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors throughout. They management always cuts the water off for "maintenance reasons" & half the time maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. For a two bed in these apartments I would not recommend. Especially for the price
