If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. People just come into your apartment when they want to and not just maintenance. They make assumptions about the things around your apartment and give you fines for unnecessary things. I got charged $250 for “smoking in the apartment” because my boyfriend had an ash tray he brought in from his car. I have asthma so there is no way that is fair and I can’t even afford to pay it. On top of all that I only have 10 days to pay it. Listen to the reviews about this place because I wish I had before I signed the lease. They charge you for

This apartment is the worst place I've ever lived. The rudest, loudest neighbors. The ugliest appliances/floors/furniture. The thinnest walls. The dirtiest/most unsafe complex. There's also barely any visitor parking, and they tow. And if you're unfortunate enough to live in the the buildings near the Irish pub (which is half the complex) you'll be tortured 3 days a week by the loud, awful live music they play. The front office also encourages people who tour/sign a lease to write a good review before they move in so do not trust the high ratings you see here. Those people haven't even moved in

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great place, energy, and staff. I love the environment and it is very spacious inside. My room has so much space and my bathroom has tons of space. The transition process for me was super smooth and I was super thankful that the staff could help me with my move mid year. They constantly run specials on rent… and the tour they offer gives you a great look on what to expect. Also they give great snacks!! I would highly recommend living here at The Social. They offer 2x2 rooms and 4x4 units so if you have any friends they can come along as well. The

I move in here from a different apartment place and from day one of the tour and the hospitality I was greeted with was amazing, from my short period of time of living here, any maintenance request was answer within days, this is a great place to live, I even renewed my lease in a few months of being here
