What makes us different? We value personal communication. A knowledgeable member of our staff answers our phone when you call during office hours Monday through Friday, not an answering machine.

Services
At Adams Properties we take care of business. It is just that simple: we do what we say we are going to do. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call our office after normal business hours, the call will go into our voicemail system which will page us. If the situation warrants, we will take care of the problem immediately.
Adams Properties manages with a personal touch. We work very closely with our boards of directors and make every effort to get to know the residents of our communities. Communication is very important to us. When you call our office during business hours, Monday through Thursday 9-5 and Friday, 9-4, you will speak with a knowledgeable member of our staff, not a recording or an answering service.
Everyone at Adams Properties takes management responsibilities very seriously. We attend all board meetings and annual meetings, we mail out meeting notices, maintain records of all community business and owner listings. We see to it that landscapers and other vendors perform the work for which they've been contracted.

Oakleaf is located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, right at the end of Hwy 526 where it intersects with Bowman Road and Chuck Dawley Boulevard, so it is convenient to everything!
