We have managed fee-simple associations, high-rise condominiums and town home communities.
We have handled day-to-day operations, as well as completed numerous reconstruction projects and handled multiple insurance claims (from broken pipes to hurricanes). In addition, we have extensive experience in regime-related litigation. We have determined the ultimate goal for any board of directors is to achieve a proactive approach in dealing with any property's operation.

A majority of the 5 star reviews are fake. They aren’t by actual clients but rather employees and paid vendors.
These folks were just hired and are oddly worse than the previous management company. Requests fall on deaf ears. You have to email and call repeatedly. Molly and Lona one of the owners are incompetent and rude. Molly is soooo bad she either has a learning disability, queen of the gaslight or just on some silly power trip. Stop hiring these folks. They’re incompetent. After all if they were worth their salt they wouldn’t have to ask vendors and employees to praise them. That’s

Very poor service.
Countless complaints from neighbors that PMS never returns emails or voice messages or even messages with their front desk.
Very poor job managing the neighborhood gate system, which constantly breaks and goes un-fixed for weeks. And when they set up new residents in the gate, it often doesn't work properly -- PMS can't seem to write down a set of instructions to follow, and they keep repeating the same mistakes.
I would never seek to do business with a company that provides such poor service and displays such disregard for residents' time and trouble.

Nightmarish experience with the team at PMS and many of the property managers who provided service for the Bay Club Sea Lofts in Mount Pleasant, SC Truly Incompetent, stubborn and not willing to really solve problems but create bureaucracy and entangle scenarios where they let process drown out solutions or any real active response for the residents. No apparent knowledge of local code, regulations nor proactive attitude to servicing an HOA community as evidenced when trying to install an AC unit. Excellent experiences with PMS in Mt Pleasant; regularly refer Lona one of the partners to our business associates with property management needs in the Charleston area. Both owners are exceptionally understanding and caring about what they do, they have a very large and talented group of folks managing tons of properties here and they have decades of professional experience with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
