The home inspection is designed to give the home buyer a better understanding of the condition of the property, to try and expose costly repair items and/or safety hazards.
We have made it very quick and easy to get an estimate for a Home Inspection, to do so you only need to enter the "Heated Square Footage" the "Foundation Type" and select a date and time using the date selector. Your estimated cost for a Home Inspection will be displayed at the bottom of the form. Enter as much as possible of the remaining fields this will help as I verify the requested appointment.
If you scheduled online, the day before the inspection you will receive an email reminder of the date and time. If you plan on having more than a couple of people attend, please assign someone that will be going around with the inspector, to try and maximize the time we have in the home.
