Billy at Allinspected LLC did a fantastic job of inspecting our new home. He was very thorough and provided us with details of the currents status of each system within the home as well any items we may need to repair (inside and out). Based on his inspection, we feel confident about our purchase and feel like we better understand how to take care of our home. We would definitely recommend him for any inspections needed in the Triangle area.

Billy did an excellent inspection on the home I placing on the market. He went over all the issues and did a very thorough inspection. It allowed me to make all the necessary repairs prior to listing the home. Since we had the inspection report and showed all the issues were remediated, the home was only on the market for 24 hours before we had an offer. I highly recommend Allinspected LLC for home inspections.

All Inspected came to me highly recommended by a neighbor. I now understand why they gave him such high praises. Billy was running 10 minutes late, but I knew he was before I ever wondered where he was because he called me 30 minutes ahead to tell me. That was so appreciated. I have had OK inspections and GREAT inspections and there is a huge difference between the two. Billy Spaker gave us a great inspection. He was friendly, professional and extemely informative. He did a thorough inspection. His report was full of useful details about the property and very practical. He did a great job of explaining the property to us and answering all our questions. I really appreciated his technology as well. He had a very cool drone that gave us pictures of the roof, and his website was very convenient and easy to use. We plan on hiring him again in the future.

Billy was an extremely thorough and detailed home inspector. I waited to write this review until we were moved in and spent some time here to see if anything was missed and I am certain that he found nearly every issue, even the most minor, during his inspection. Billy was very professional in doing a home inspection as part of due diligence for buying a house. He communicated very well and called before the inspection to see if I wanted to observe, as well as after the inspection to let me know generally how things went. The report was thorough, included color pictures and complete descriptions of the issues and the implications to the home. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Billy conducted the home inspection for a home we are looking to purchase in another state. He was highly recommended to us and we are so happy we used his services. I contacted Allinspected after seeing great reviews and was in need of a home inspection for our new construction home. From start to finish, Billy was incredible!
