Bryan Smith is the owner of Home Inspection Plus of NC, and a NC Licensed Home Inspector. After many years of helping home owners achieve improved home energy efficiency through testing and installation of weatherization measures, he went on to complete the pre-licensing training at The Home Inspection Training Center and obtained his Home Inspection License.

Bryan was very thorough, he walked us through all of the concerns with the house, and stayed well beyond our appointment time to answer all of our questions. The report provided is very detailed, also. I was very impressed and would easily recommend Bryan to anyone.

Bryan inspected my new construction home and I highly reccomend him! I respect that he didn't feel he could work efficiently with a crew of 20 people working on the house scrambling to do last minute touchups and get more done. So he inspected what he could and communicated that he will have to come back when more of the house was completed and there was less people. He was able to do a thorough job and pointed out very helpful things, for example missing filter, backwards boxes, condensation rolling into the house, additional nails needed for deck, etc. He communicated well, his price was good

Bryan was very professional during his inspection. He was very thorough and relayed everything to us, and explained what needed to be done to the new home we were purchasing. I bought a new home this past June and hired Bryan G Smith, Owner of Home Inspection Plus of NC, to do my home inspection. Bryan was highly recommended by my realtor, Robin McConnell from Allen Tate Realty. I was very impressed with the most detailed report I have ever seen or read. Bryan had many items in the report that I wasn't even aware of and because of his report, we were able to get most of the things fixed prior to my moving in. After I moved in, he came back and over the items in the report to make sure everything got done.
